Good hotel. Clean rooms and lobby. The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was better than average with hot food options. Ice water and lemonade seems to be available all day. I stayed here unexpectedly courtesy of United Airlines so I can't speak about pricing. They do charge for parking despite there being plentiful parking in the area. There is a shopping mall across the street that should help those on a budget. They also charge $8 for an in-room bottle of water and $50 for early check-in.

Reserved two rooms and got in late. The first room I got was 316 which is right next to the elevator and has elevator motor sounds every time the elevator moves. The desk clerk got us another room.|The rooms were mostly clean but could have seen more vacuuming especially around the edges of the carpets. The halls were good but the elevators were dirty and had candy wrappers on the floor of both during our entire stay.|The breakfast was unremarkable. The waffle maker, I think the center piece of the free breakfast was covered with left over crumbs and I soon found out why. Although there was just enough waffle mix to fill 3/4 of the iron, there was no anti stick spray. So the waffles became lodged in the iron and I had to fight to get them out making a big mess. Mostly I got shredded waffles and threw them away. Good thing too, because the syrup was empty. The fruit was minimal and most of the other items were a mess. The coffee was good but there were no milk based creams, just Coffee Mate creamers in pump containers.|Parking is $13 that is a disappointment but security drives by constantly so maybe it is worth it. I had no worries about the car security.|I have stayed in this and the Pena Station locations and the difference is notable. Pena Station Hyatt Place is a few dollars more but the experience is worth the extra expense.|This location on this date was adequate but not above average in any way. I would probably rate it 2.5 stars.

Decent option close to airport. Our room was pretty big (two full size beds and a pull out sofa) and the breakfast was pretty good. There were a few oddities, however. One was the hotel charged me $125 for the night although they quoted me $117 on the phone. I was going to inquire about this but we had to wait 30 minutes for the front desk person to show up, and this is after I called Hyatt to ask them to send someone to the front desk. With kids in two I let the $8 slide. The entry lobby has a pretty "used" feel to it. It wasn't bad but that hotel must have a lot of turnover and get a lot of use. Good, not great.

Not recommended: so-called breakfast is the bare minimum, "fresh" fruit is actually deep-frozen such that the spoon sticks, dishes not done, and the receptionist keeps his (her?) half-finished food box on the lobby chairs(!!). Borderline to disgusting. Lobby smells strongly of chlorine or disinfectant (from pool?), room had blood stains on the carpet and has generally seen better days... Free water in the lobby, but a bottle of water in the room is $8. Parking is "available" but NOT free (12$ a day). There are many better (cleaner) hotels nearby.

This hotel is in a great location especially if you will need to get to the airport during or after your stay. Service was great; zero complaints there! The rooms were clean but could use some remodeling, especially the carpet. I would not mind staying there again. The prices were fair when compared with the other hotels around. They also offered shuttle to the airport which is awesome. FYI parking is just under $15 a night.

The front desk agents are the only good thing about this property. Rooms: They had popcorn ceilings. Popcorn ceilings are known to be bad for your respiratory system. Additionally, the bathroom wall was warped. Service: We waited over an hour in the cold for a shuttle at the airport. The shuttle driver blamed traffic, but I could see on my map and with my eyes, that there wasn’t traffic. The front desk was apologetic, and even assisted with food recommendations. Breakfast: We went down at 7:30 AM for breakfast and everything was gone, including the juice. The only thing available was cereal with cow's milk. Location: Quiet and semi-close to the airport. Overall, I wouldn’t stay at the property again, however, I think the lack of quality fits the price.

The rooms were exceptionally large and comfortable. The check-in process was extremely easy and the front desk exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was great also. The price was very fair. I would stay here again in a second.||

We had a good experience staying at this hotel from Oct 12 to Oct 16. Our room was clean, mattress was comfortable and hotel staff (including housekeeping staff) was friendly. Special thanks to Ernie for preemptively providing 2 baby blankets for our infant and to Cristina for wonderful breakfast everyday. Shuttle service was good. P.S - we were in room 222 and our bathroom was a bit small. And we thought the parking was free but apparently they have recently started charging $12 per night.
