Room was very nice. Breakfast was awesome! Room was clean. All the staff very friendly. Responsive to needs. Excellent recommendations for the surrounding area. Surprisingly Very quiet even with a party going on downstairs. Close to everything. Literal walking distance. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was excellent. Very clean and good value for the money. Parking was a little pricey but close to the hotel and had plenty of space. Definitely will stay here again when we come back next year.
Great location near lots of restaurants and bars. Front desk personnel was friendly and professional, especially Autumn.| The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the breakfast. The plates were dirty and wet , basic food but as plates looked unsanitary,|We just had a couple of things and coffee.
Honest and real review as of November 2023.
My 4th stay here. Hotel has gone from great to extremely poor. Prices went up, while service has gone down.
Parking: beware!!! They now charge $25 per day when it used to be free. Parking garage is tiny and there is never enough space.
Breakfast: it’s now continental! no boiled eggs, no forks, no real options. Coffee resembles colored water.
Kitchen staff: they don’t even pay attention at you, when you need something. They look at you and pass you by as if you don’t exist.
Rooms: are not cleaned daily; even when they do come in, they don’t do a good job. In addition, you have to call in to get clean towels.
Pool: is not being maintained. Dirty towels, food and drinks are left behind. Towels are always limited. If you done come early enough, you are out of luck! Chlorine levels are not up to standards. They ended up closing the pool for hours, and we had to drive to another hotel to spend the afternoon.
I agree with other reviews: hotel is outdated and in a desperate need of renovations.
Thank you for reading my feedback.
I do not recommend this hotel. Couldn't be guaranteed an early check-in for a wedding so we were told we could book the room an extra night to be able to check in early in the morning when our flight landed. Called 2 days ahead of check-in date to confirm that we would NOT be checking in until early the following morning but are paying for the extra night so we can get ready for the wedding in time post-early morning flight. We were told this was fine and a note would be put in our file.
Arrived at the hotel in the morning only to be told our entire reservation was canceled and charged a "no-show fee" because we "no-showed" the night prior. Told them about our situation and they said there was no note in our file. The hotel was sold out so they gave our room away. They eventually found one room that was not the size we chose so we took what we could get and were not given a price adjustment per night. They said we would just get early check in and not be charged for night prior. The room was handicap accessible and the entire bathroom floor flooded as soon as the shower turned on. We each slipped several times and almost fell. Had to stand in 1 inch of cold water (which wouldn't drain for several hours each time) just to use the bathroom. Shower curtain was dirty upon arrival. Blackout blinds were broken and wouldn't pull down and naturally our window faced the sun. Asked if we could get a new room at some point during our stay since this wasn't what we had chosen but our
request was never accommodated. The water (sinks, toilet, shower) is very yellow throughout the entire hotel and has a nasty taste to it. Upon check out, they again would offer no price adjustments for not giving us the room we paid for. They also charged us for all nights with a no-show fee. After discussing with several people and finally the manager days later, was only given half off the no-show fee in the end (and again, no price adjustment for wrong room given). Only perk to this hotel is its location - close to the lively city area. First and only trip I will ever use Hyatt for.
Unfortunately dirty furniture in lobby and rude front desk staff.
Location is very good
Parking at hotel too expensive but you can park next door for free if entering parking garage before 4 pm.
Room / bathroom was clean but couch dirty.
First, the good. Great location in the heart of The Pineapple Grove district. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not great. How about some pastries along with the fresh fruit? The bad; it's 10 years old and shows it. A renovation is to start next year. The rooms are old and show it. The clock in the room was showing the wrong time, and could not be reset. The TV would lose volume at random, and freeze as well. Parking is $24 a day, but there is hardly any free parking in the area. Daily housekeeping is by request which I asked for at check in, but it wasn't done. I had to get clean towels from a housekeeper and call down to the desk for more.
Would I stay here again? Yes, after the renovation and because of the location.
Positive: Staff was wonderful and attentive! Rooms large, modern and clean. Can¿t beat the location: right in the center of town a block from Atlantic/downtown and a pleasant walk (approx 15 min) to the beach. Overall a great value and will definitely be back!
Great location, I don’t think my room was ever cleaned. It left a lot to be desired. Bathroom is kind of gross. Elevator makes a weird noise. My room is hot. They definitely have the air stop when you leave and I think the fridge too. Lots of grime. Dirty towels. The front desk person yesterday was awesome, the one today she was not attentive at all. The bartender is nice. This hotel would be like 1 star for me if it wasn’t in an awesome location.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, with a very nice kitchen, laundry, dining area and living room. Kasa was very responsive to any questions we had. We really only used the apartment for sleep, so didnât have a chance to use all of the amenities.
A Gem in Delray! This cozy motel is in an excellent location, features comfortable, immaculately clean rooms, and a streamlined check-in process that the big chains could learn from.
