Hyatt Place Dallas/Allen - Hotel in Allen - 333 N Central Expy, USA

Nice hotel in good clean condition and good location for Allen. The fitness centre is in good condition though the range of equipment a bit small (perhaps to be expected given the nature of the hotel). Breakfast was good, though I personally would not rate the coffee. Would recommend though. Enjoyed the stay. Has a bar as well which we used a couple of nights but closes pretty early around 10. Exactly closing time seemed to shift a bit.

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights and 3 days. We were there for a wedding. We got an accessible room with 2 queen beds. It was really spacious! I had a toddler who enjoyed the additional space. The front desk staff were very accommodating and helped us have a late checkout. The amenities are basic and they do have a free breakfast buffet. It’s decent. But the service of staff is what set them apart. Would definitely recommend and stay at again!

I've stayed at this hotel before back in 2023. I enjoyed the room, but my recent stay wasn't that good. The room had a musky smell. I do bring air fresheners when I travel but this room was bad. The area is safe, the breakfast is decent, the pool clean, the lobby areas kept clean, and the gym is maintained. The Wi-Fi was slow and only one elevator was working during my recent stay. It was easier to take the stairs. I know it is summer and kids are off for summer but I had a business meeting in the morning and lost some sleep due to kids running up and down the hallway after 11pm. That was unfortunate. The walls are thin, if you are a light sleeper.

The staff was excellent, the room was clean and the property well maintained. Breakfast was good. The rooms are really quiet which contributed to a good night sleep. Family friendly atmosphere. Overall I’d stay at this hotel again.

This hotel is in a great location! It is very clean and quiet with a friendly, helpful staff. They have a very nice breakfast that is slightly different each day. There are lots of nice hotels in this area, but the reasonable rates and excellent breakfast will bring me back to this hotel again.

This Hyatt was a level above most breakfast hotels. Their lobby is modern, spacious, and very welcoming. The added bonus of a small lobby bar after a long day of baseball was wonderful. The breakfast options were numerous: eggs (scrambled & hard boiled), sausage & bacon, hash brown, yogurt, fresh fruit, various breads and muffins, juices, cereal, etc. The business area is comfortable with addiitional sofa lounge area. I can't say enough. We've stayed in many breakfast hotels, but this one had the extra amenities and decor. We definitely will stay here for all baseball tournaments!

Hotel was very convenient as it was right off of HWY 75. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Hotel could've been better. Wasn't as clean in the common areas. Same used water bottles and coffee cups in the gym all week. Bedroom was fine. Bed was comfortable. Service was good. Electricity went out for about two hours on one night. Not sure what went on there. The staff didn't know either. Overall, decent hotel for the price. Not many other hotels for the cheap rate I received. Didn't really measure up to the other Hyatt hotels I typically stay at.

We had a great experience. The rooms were very large and clean. The staff was helpful. One word of warning, the cell service is absolutely terrible in the first floor rooms.
