We had a great experience staying at the Hyatt place in Bloomington. Upon arrival we were checked in by Ellory, I hope my spelling is correct. She was very friendly, efficient and informative. We had a room on the seventh floor, which was quiet and more than met our needs. The location of this hotel cannot be beat. We did not move the car from the time we arrived until we departed. Breakfast was solid, and a good way to start the day. it’s a bit of a walk to campus, but a good way to get your steps in if the weather cooperates. Great proximity to bars and restaurants. When you’re in the area I will definitely stay there again.

The Hyatt has a great location in Bloomington, centrally located, walking distance to the University, bars, and restaurants. The Hotel was very clean with spacious rooms perfect for accommodating groups or families. And very affordable rates for such a nice hotel chain. The staff were also very friendly. Highly recommend!

This hotel blew me away with how nice it was. I wasn’t expecting such a perfect place to stay. Having such a peaceful nice room really enhanced the quality of an already lovely weekend. The king rooms are just wonderful & come with a couch & so much space. It was nice to feel like I wasn’t crowded. Parking was great and staff was friendly. No complaints at all!

Welcoming and honestly the cleanest hotel I ever stayed at. Staff was very friendly and made sure me and my family had everything we needed to make our stay as easy and pleasant as possible. It’s not easy traveling with three kids ten and under and they made the trip fun for them and made us feel like we were right at home!!!

Our family of 5 usually stay at the Hyatt during Christmas break when coming to a IU game. Hotel staff was friendly, room was clean, and it's a great location near shops, food and entertainment. Room was clean and accommodating with two queens and pull out sofa.

The location on Kirkwood can’t be beat. The room was clean enough. When we checked I. There was no toilet paper. It felt like a college dorm room. The walls were paper thin and we heard people all night and all morning as if in our own room… doing… Beer cases sat in hallway. The checkin person was left alone on a Saturday night and she was not a people person so we had to try several times to get what we needed. The bed slept well.

I stayed here with a friend while visiting my daughter at IU. Great location - close to excellent dining and shopping. Easy walk to IU campus. Check-in staff gave great dining recommendations. Clean, spacious rooms
