Hyatt Place Baltimore/Bwi Airport - Hotel in Linthicum Heights - 940 International Dr, USA

I went there for a wedding a while back. I was discussing the stay at the hotel with my family members and realized I forgot to give my feedback. The sink was OUTSIDE of the room. There was no way to wash your hand inside at all. People were still scared of covid around this time so it was concerning. There was no toilet paper or towels in the room. We had to ask staff members for more items numerous times which definitely shouldn't be the case at all.

This location has had some of the very best staff that I've run across in my years of travel, and I stay at this location quite frequently. They are always helpful, friendly, and courteous. Any issues that I've had are prompty addressed to my satisfaction. ||||The only real negative for this location is the elevator service. There are two elevators, but I don't recall one of them ever working and I've come to this location starting in 2017. The elevator that works is perhaps the slowest elevator I've used, The hotel, lobby and rooms themselves are clean, updated, and functional. The breakfast is always fresh, hot, and on time. ||||There are a lot of food choices in the area, with my favorite an Italian family restaurant a short (three miles) drive away. The Ruby Tuesday next door usually has decent food, but the service across the years is very spotty and is usually shorthanded.

I had a late check in and concierge lady was too lazy to explain about the stay. She only told us the breakfast hour and if we need a wake up call. That’s it. We reserved two rooms and she didn’t even ask us any questions if we want the same floor and just gave us the different floor room. When we asked for the same floor room, she didn’t seem that happy. Service was the worst ever since I became a hyatt member. She even gave us the room with clogged bathroom with no hair dryer, the bathtub was not letting the water out. It was such a horrible experience.

Very underwhelming. Room has stains all over the carpet. Service was good in the begging of the day but a bit sub par at the end. No communication from first shift to the last shift that I needed a shuttle or that my reservation was a park n fly. Also there’s no soap apparently in the hotel for one to wash their hands?!? How does a hotel not have basic hygiene supplies. I’m really disappointed because I’ve been here before and it’s been much much better than this. Hyatt fix this please

The free amenities were nice but I expect for my room to not be full of stains. As soon as I walked in the room the smell of weed was insane. Had to leave the door open with the fan on. I hope other rooms conditions are better.

Enjoyed my stay with the kids during thanksgiving weekend. Exceeded my expectations for a Hyatt place. Breakfast was great, staff very responsive and courteous, room size blew my mind. Location is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to drive few minutes to Baltimore's main attractions.

Globalist. I was a bit disappointed with my room. I stayed here for 4 days and my impression walking into the room was of disappointment and regret. The room didn't have any smell, but the carpet was disgusting. The pull out sofa bed had stains on them and the mattress for it looked like it hadn't been changed since 1990. It had a sheet over it which was full of hairs and stains. The TV is pre-historic and the control barely worked. The AC was fine but there was no one way to turn it off, which would've been a ideal with a small child. Breakfast was ok, a little limited. Parking was good, always found space and there were a lot of spaces. Staff are the main highlight of this hotel. They were great, courteous and always available. I had a small medical emergency and they called emergency services keeping me calm meanwhile they got there. Honestly wouldn't recommend, but it was cheaper than anything else nearby.

My family and I stayed here from Christmas eve till New Years Eve. I'm a trucker and I came to MD to see my mother. Anyway, the evening "manager" claimed we couldn't check in due to having a chime credit card. So, I ended up contacting my mother, she stayed for the night and took care of the incidentals for our room (which was paid for weeks in advance via expedia). The stay itself was fine but that woman put a very sour taste in our mouths. As such, we won't be staying there again.
