We stayed here while visiting Atlanta for the Peach Bowl. For us, this was a 5 star location. It was perfect for us. Once we checked in, our vehicle stayed there till we left. We were adjacent to MARTA for quick transit to downtown. We made that commute twice. There were numerous restuarants within walking distance. There was ample free and paid parking. There is free parking in the mall garage that is very close and doesn't require you to cross a street. We chose the paid parking for $15 and parked right next to a 3rd floor entrance.|The staff was outstanding. Checkin/out was quick and efficient. They gave very detalied information. The front desk workers were great. The breakfast was very good with a larger variety of choices. When I made the reservation, I booked a prepaid rate that couldn't be cancelled. I accidently booked the wrong date. I didn't notice till I got an online checkin email a day earlier than I expected. by the rules of my reservation, they didn't have to make a change. I called and explained the situation and they were quick to help me change the date. They didn't have to do that, but they were very helpful in fixing my mistake. We booked the rooms at a very attractive rate.|Finally, the room was awesome. It was clean and the sitting area was great. We were able to spread out in the room and watch ball games from a comfortable sofa.|The next time I need to be in Atlanta, I would love to stay here again. I highly recommend it.
Hotel is only 3 years old. It is lovely and modern. Lots of USB chargers. Breakfast was prompt, hot, and delicious. The shower head was great, which is not my normal experience at most hotels. The lobby was broken up comfortably, so several groups could be isolated. Ask the price before you order the Woodford Reserve. A double cost me $64.50 BEFORE tip.
The hotel is new and clean. The room itself was cramped, and the sofa bed was a twin, which wasn’t mentioned in the room description. Nowhere to put our luggage, so it all became a trip hazard. I was not impressed with the lack of space in the room. Way too small. ||Beds were soft. The first morning, I took a shower around 6am. Plenty of hot water. The second morning, I showered at 10am, and the water was just a little bit warm…it kept getting colder, so I had to hurry. ||Breakfast was good. If the coffee runs out past 9am, they don’t refill it. No coffee for you! ||The lobby was cramped also. |I don’t think there was enough room at this location to build much, so everything is so cramped.||We did the free parking our first night, which was a nightmare. It’s across the street from the hotel, and even though the location is nice, beware of individuals roaming the streets. One man approached us and mumbled something that we couldn’t understand, and then began laughing loudly. Thankfully he walked away without further incident, but it was scary. ||The next night we parked next to the hotel for $15, which was a much quicker walk with direct access to the hotel entrance. Worth the $15. Scan the QR code and it’s easy to pay for parking. ||It’s kind of like a hidden hotel. Easy to miss.||You need a room key to get up the elevator, so don’t forget it in your room.
My family and I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It's conveniently situated, allowing easy access to everything we had planned, and it's also close to I-285. The room was modern and well-maintained.
They offer both free and paid parking options, and we chose the paid parking at $15 per night, which included in-and-out privileges in the connected parking garage. This was especially helpful during our stay, as it rained for most of the days we were there, making it convenient for us to come and go.
Very clean and professional place our room was clean the shower bathroom was clean the beds were really comfortable even the sofa bed was comfortable. Buffalo Wild Wings, Chic Fil A, and the mall were well within walking distance. It was about 25 minute drive to the State Farm Arena To go see the hawks play. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I'll definitely be booking here again in the future.
The room was clean and in good condition. It was a little smaller than it seemed in the pictures. Especially with 2 adults and a kid with the luggage in the room is a bit cramped.||||The bathroom was a good size with a shower.||||But it was the nosiest room during our 2 week trip, outside our room an airconditioning unit just outside our room was making noise even after we turned the one in our room of. The one of our room was a lot less noisy. We had a room on the second floor maybe it is better on the top floor. Since a good night rest is the most important thing of a hotel. I wouldn't try this hotel again because of the noise.||||The sofa bed was hard and uncomfortable even for an eleven year old boy.||||Towels were a bit on the hard side, not the fluffy hotel towels we had in the other hotels.||||Breakfast was ok with a variety of bread fruit and some hot choices.||||Parking was free across the road but we choice to park right next to the hotel for $ 10 plus a $1 fee for the "service".||||Payment for this was a bit odd, you needed to scan a QR code and make an online payment. I would have preferred to just pay it at check out at the front desk.||||All in all a good room but to noisy.
Decent hotel for the price. Nice rooms. Convenient dining options in walking distance. The customer service leaves something to be desired (but that seems to be an Atlanta thing in general, not specific to this hotel). I stayed here for 10 days for work, bought food at the grocery store and put it in the mini-fridge in my room. All of the food froze solid, couldn't eat any of it. I complained to the front desk two days in a row, asked them to adjust the temperature in my mini-fridge, and nothing was done about it.
Great location and nice rooms although most will find the rooms very small. The downstairs area is nice and a good social gathering spot. The breakfast was so-so compared to the other Hyatt's I stay at. Not the best by any means. The only complaint I have is the extremely limited free parking they offer. I believe I counted around 45 to 50 spaces available so make sure you get there early if you want a spot that you're not paying $10 or $15 a night for. There were a few couples complaining about this as I was leaving this morning so it is definitely a problem and when I got to my car there was somebody waiting in the garage for me to leave at 6:50 a.m. just to park their car. Alternatively you can pay either a $10 option or valley for 15 so it's not like you're going to be able to not park your car. Other than that very friendly clerks at desk and really no other complaints.

We recently got married at the Northwoods Pavilion. We had a small wedding ceremony of about 30 people and a reception with just under 100. Abigail was our event coordinator. She was wonderful to work with and very responsive and informative througho
Nice coffee shop with ample seating including tables, couches and a patio outside. Large selection of bakery items and sandwiches. Coffee is tasty. The staff is friendly and give good recommendations. My almond croissant was delicious!!!
First time but won't be the last! Those waffles at the salad bar are amazing. I wasn't eating meat this time around, but the salmon with chimmichuri sauce was delicious. Lost a star on service because they completely forgot to put our order in and th

Food was delicious. I had to order to go because I was working but everything was superb. The bison burger is by far the best bison burger I have ever had. It was juicy but well done (the way I like my burgers). The fries were crispy but still soft i
