Hyatt House The Woodlands / Shenandoah - Hotel in Shenandoah - 18645 Residence Dr, USA

This was our second stay at the Hyatt House Woodlands. Both times were for a soccer tournament in the area so we chose the hotel because it was conveniently located. The hotel was nice, quiet and clean. My only complaint is that the pillows are terrible. They are flat and the size of a throw pillow so I would recommend bringing your own if you are particular about your pillow.

Everything was great in this hotel. The only thing that I didn't like much was the breakfast. I spent 15 days there and every morning was exactly the same thing. Other than that, the receptionists are great. Super friendly staff.

Evening crew were super friendly, the morning crew not so much. Also for one night stand we had to pay an extra $80 for two small 6 pound Maltese dogs altogether not really a $300 a night hotel. Will go back to the Hyatt centric or Hyatt Place in the Woodlands. Also, the shower was super moldy but we have to pay an extra $80 per cleaning fee. That just doesn’t sit well.

Great hotel, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are well kept and clean, but it was obvious that they didn't change our sheets in between stays; asked the front desk for a new set and made the bed myself, hence the reduced star. Breakfast was good, parking is fine and they have a gym and pool both worth using.

We absolutely Love staying here… It is very comfortable with kind employees. Room very clean. Nice bar area and breakfast area. Was welcomed when coming in the door. Also close to our favorite restaurant Papadeaux’s

Staff friendly and personable. Clean and quiet..will stay again pool was beautiful and warm and hot tub was very relaxing… gym was a must on any of my visits. Room was clean and very comfortable. Thank you again

Clean rooms and hotel. Very quiet....no road noise. Hotel staff were very friendly. Close proximity to a Tesla charging station was a bonus. Close-in to shopping, easy commute to the Woodlands. Plenty of parking and there is even a free parking garage.

It's a very nice looking hotel. Not outdated but not very modern. The AC was amazing during the 100+ degree weather. The unit was just a little noisy. The free breakfast was good enough. Very close to nice shopping areas. The only really bad thing was the shower was moldy. The crevices and bottom areas were black mold which was disgusting. The remote was dirty. I honestly feel like the room wasn't cleaned well but just looked like it.
