Hyatt House Tempe / Phoenix / University - Hotel in Tempe - 601 E 6th St, USA

Our visit was comfortable and the room was clean. Staff was helpful and generous with their help and guidance. We would stay here again. ||||I would suggest checking in first before going to parking garage. Your room card will activate entrance to garage…and exiting…however sometimes it does not work and you are made to either pay the fee or go back in to the hotel to get I cleared. A bit frustrating. Otherwise all went well.

We stayed at the Hyatt for its proximity to Mullet Arena. It’s a short walk. The hotel is clean, convenient with a friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast is better than most competitors. Overall, a pleasurable experience. You can’t go wrong staying here!

Nice location within walking distance to Mullet Arena. Great new hotel, great staff and very welcoming. Will recommend and stay again. Like the closeness to the airport. No real need for a rental car if you’re there for ASU or coyotes game.

Staff was very friendly, however as a hyatt member was told I would get only 2 bottles of water. ||||Location is great right by ASU so lots of restaurants. ||||Room - small rooms, felt compact and if at times claustrophobic bathroom was not clean (Sink had hair in it when I arrived and used the bathroom). Was on the 6th floor facing the street and there was public transport that disturbed my sleep each night. Heater in the room was not working and malfunctioned - engineering work order was not put in, and given the nighly temperature dropped to the 30's it felt very cold in the room||||Breakfast - nice variety of teas, There was a medley of fruit however it was from cans and did not taste fresh, bananas were ripe. For vegetarians not much choice except breads, cereals. Nothing hearty for vegetarians.

This hotel is close walking distance to the Mullet arena and various other local restaurants. Easy access in and out also close to the airport. Front desk staff were awesome and super friendly. Bar was a nice place for drinks.

We love the Hyatt House. This is our fourth year of staying at the hotel on an extended basis. It is so convenient to public transportation that we don’t even need to rent a car. The staff is quality and treats us with the upmost respect. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay there.

Great service starting with check-in! Top floor corner room situated by the rooftop bar/pool/view was great as well!! Hotel has a convenient location with easy access to ASU and plenty of surrounding food establishments.

Nice place, Staff was great, and the room was very nice. Bed was very comfortable. Nice having a little refrigerator to store some leftovers from all the places to eat in the area. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to the Pheonix area.
