Second stay here and was just as happy this time around! Hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and well kept. I was in a studio King, and the space was amazing. The kitchenette was fully stocked and had enough space and supplies to make simple meals/snacks. Additionally, there are 2 restaurants in walking distance, and a small bar area in the lobby that offers food/drinks after 5pm. Pool area is tidy with plenty of towels. Gym is small, but gets the job done. Elevators are quick and efficient. All staff I encountered were super kind and gracious. Breakfast was simple but tasted great, fresh fruit and plenty of healthy options! Parking was fine, and I felt completely safe around the hotel at all times of day. The negative reviews have to be fake, as this is a really good hotel for the money spent. I will definitely be back again.
Positive: The location and friendly staff were wonderful. The breakfast looked good, though we didn¿t partake due to having to leave rather quickly in the morning. The lobby was clean and there was a nice bar area as well. Negative: I¿m not a clean freak. I could live in a barn. But, a hotel should be clean. Room/bathroom were very dingy and smelled. Needs full reno. It was a one bedroom suite (Room 226). Suites should be the best! Not here. And pay for parking in suburbs, so craz
Everything was wonderful. Checking in to checking out. Everything in the room worked. Yes it was clean. I really enjoyed my holiday stay. Will I be back? Yes I will 2024 the spring time. Whenever I come down from vacation or to visit your hotel is always my first stop.
The room here was sufficient and comfortable for my husband and 10 year old daughter. We only stayed one night as that is all we needed, but we had a decent kitchenette that we didn't end up using and this particular location is in the same parking lot as a couple of restaurants. The staff here was truly delightful, so kind, obliging and super helpful. Two reasons I rated this very good instead of excellent. 1.) the walls are a little thin and you can hear coughing or snoring in the neighboring rooms and 2.) there is a charge of $11.70 per vehicle per night at this hotel and other hotels in the area do not charge and it's not even a secured lot.
Nice staff, clean accomodations, pretty comfy, great indoor pool and hot tub. The parking below the hotel is great for winter or wet days. would recommend to folks who want to be in this area. Loved teh coffee and hot chocolate bar. Recommend joining hyatt rewards member.
Its in the title. Legendary Service courtesy of Lauren E at Hyatt House Shelton. In all seriousness, she was truly a blessing to us during our stay. Going the extra mile to ensure our comfort and convenience during the Christmas holiday. She is elite. Second to none. Thank you Lauren E. God bless you.
very nice place to stay and visit. on vacation or just for a little getaway. we had a great time the pool was warm , the hot tub was hot. excellent. i would recommend this hotel to any one of my friends or family.
Staff was very helpful from the moment I showed up until I left. Rooms are spacious and very clean. Overall an experience that I would expect from Hilton and it didn’t disappoint. Will be staying there again on my next trip.

We had a house fire and requested the Residence Inn and did not regret it! Clean, attractive and dog friendly, we were happy to be there. The staff was very courteous and responsive to our every need...will stay there again in happier circumstances!
The food here was impeccable. The lamb chops were rich in flavor, seasoned well and cooked just right. The meat was practically falling off the bone. The Brussel sprouts were perfectly crispy with just enough honey on that it wasnât overly sweet. W
Small gym with everything you need, reasonable pricing, locally owned, upstairs area with turf, extra dumbbells and extra platforms and racks. Try to avoid the busiest times like 5:30-7:30 when they have trainers helping there clients and a class goi

Casual spot with food well above average, fairly priced. My friend and I had two red sauce Italian dishes , one seafood and the other with a meat sauce and both were excellent. A good assortment of pastas including gluten free. We split the arugula,
My boys love the trails that loop around the dog park. We go with friends often. The wild life around the pond is fun to spot. We highly recommend the hiking trails! Unfortunately my dog is too hyper/unpredictable with others, so we've never brought
A great local restaurant and bar. Good atmosphere and friendly staff! Food is wonderful. Porchetta is a favorite, but we also like the wings, pizza and I highly recommend the ribeye grinder!
I went for breakfast on a Sunday in late June. Very busy, but since I was dining solo I was able to get seated immediately with counter (bar) seating. No frills but efficient service. Very clean and bright space. Great food and amazing prices that be
Good food; a little bit of sticker shock at the lights prices. I'm used to much lower prices. Including a few pics to show the prices for others who may be traveling to the area. Employees were very courteous and helpful. Food is consistent, no ma
