First time in Seattle. Got a good rate. Check in was great with Junnea (I’m sorry I’m misspelled it), because she was efficient, very pleasant, and informed us best place to park and why. Everyone was kind. Breakfast ends when they say which means if they run out of oatmeal etc, there will not be more coming within that 10-25 min window before the end. They will let you eat what’s left until it’s gone and will refresh plates but no fresh foods. The coffee was not out later in the day. That is the ONLY not positive thing I have to say. Loved our stay and highly recommend this Hyatt House. The property is well maintained. It’s in a good location.

Overall, my stay was satisfactory. The room was spacious, featuring a kitchen that allowed for basic meal preparation if you preferred not to dine out. Conveniently, Target, Safeway, and several Asian markets are just a 5-10 minute drive away. The bed was comfortable, though the pillows were a bit too soft for my liking. The room was clean, and I encountered no issues during my stay. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast with a selection of basic items: coffee, tea, juice, milk, cereal, oatmeal, fruits, muffins, bread, scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, and yogurt. Parking is free, with both covered and outdoor options available. There is also a 24-hour gym and an indoor, albeit small, cold-water swimming pool. However, there were a few aspects of the hotel that I found disappointing: 1. The swimming pool water didn’t seem to be refreshed often, as it was not very clear. It felt like I was soaking in a pool of chemicals. While I understand cost-saving measures, neglecting pool maintenance can lead to dissatisfied customers. 2. One of the elevators was out of service on weekdays, presumably to save costs. 3. The hotel has four parking spots equipped with electrical outlets for EV charging (requiring guests to use their own mobile charger). Although I saw it working briefly, the system appeared to become overloaded when three cars were plugged in, and it didn’t function for the remainder of my three-day stay. While it's commendable that the hotel offers this service for free, it needs to be reliable. I suggest the hotel have an electrician assess whether the current setup can support four cars charging simultaneously.

Excellent staff, clean and well kept rooms but one fatal flaw, the air conditioning. According to a label on the thermostat, it seems their solution to conserving energy was to have their HVAC motion activated. This was evidenced by the fact that the AC would only turn on when you walked up to the thermostat. The label said to wait up to 15 minutes for the room to reach the set temperature, but it would automatically turn off within 5 minutes of sensing your presence and maybe getting 1 to 2 degrees cooler and not the full 6 we had set it at. To make matters worse, the thermostat was installed facing away from the bed on an inside wall. That said, when you went to bed, it wouldn’t sense you at all and the only way to activate the thermostat to turn on the AC was to get out of bed and walk to the other side of the room so it would turn on again. Mind you, it would only stay on for five minutes. Needless to say, it was a warm and restless night. That said, if it’s hot outside (which it was when we were there) and you like it a little cool when you sleep and you need a full nights rest, you may want to consider elsewhere.

My wife and I stayed in the Hyatt House in Bellevue in early August. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and every amenity that we needed was available. We appreciated the free breakfast that was provided with our stay. Best of all, the staff was exceptionally helpful with last minute changes in our travel plans. Highly recommended!

Hotel condition was great. Big, clean room was small kitchen at a fairly reasonable price!!!!! Staffs were pretty helpful too. Excellent choice if you are staying near Seattle. ||

The bed was amazing, and the room had a kitchenette, which I was surprised by. Lovely room! Quiet and cozy. Front desk was very nice. I didn't get a chance to try out the pool and hot tub but it looked nice in there. I will definitely stay again! It is only 4 min away from Safeway and other restaurants.

Just stayed here for a concert at lumen field. The receptionists were very welcoming and actually gave me a complimentary upgrade! The location was very convenient for where we needed to be (15 mins from lumen field without traffic), and the rooms were very clean. Plus the water pressure in the shower is AMAZING. They even have their own parking garage for guests which I thought was pretty cool. The breakfast was quite good for hotel breakfast as well. The only downside for me was the bed. I’m not sure if it was just the bed in the room but straight up the hardest bed I have ever slept on. My back hurt when I woke up lol. But other than that would definitely stay here again for future concerts!

The room was very nice and clean. The kitchenette was a nice surprise. Breakfast buffet had a nice variety. Road noise from I90 was annoying when trying to sleep
