Hyatt House San Ramon - Hotel in San Ramon - 2323 San Ramon Valley Blvd, USA

I was in town from Michigan for a funeral I’m familiar with the Bay Area but had not been to San Ramon before I decided to stay because of the good reviews & so glad I did. Hotel was beautiful & room was clean. They also have EV parking which was so convenient. I didn’t end up eating at the hotel breakfast but it all looked very good & dining area was spotless. Should I return to CA, this will be my go to hotel

The location of this Hyatt House is fantastic, but the hotel itself is pretty standard and way overpriced. They also charge a $10 parking fee which is not disclosed upfront when booking. So it cost me $225 for a night at this mediocre hotel. The room was dated, dark and small (375 sq. ft.)…very poorly designed with the flat screen TV in an awkward position on a crappy dresser table. The only redeeming quality about my room was the comfortable King size bed. The room card keys didn’t function properly. I got trapped in the swimming pool area after a morning swim because the card key wouldn’t work. I had to eventually take a service exit and walk around to front of the hotel lobby reception area and request new card keys. Hyatt hotels need to fix this issue. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are perhaps the best feature of this Hyatt House hotel. Access to the pool and jacuzzi area is from 10am to 10pm. The free breakfast was crap…very sad with no healthy fresh options available. I went to Trader Joe’s for far better quality food, fresh fruit and yogurt. I would give this Hyatt House hotel a two star rating… the food is particularly dreadful!

Very conveniently located in San Ramon with exceptional swimming pool and other amenities. The rooms are dated and poorly designed. The room key card’s didn’t function properly. I couldn’t leave the swimming pool area because the key card malfunctioned! Staff were very blasé about the frustrating key card issue. Hyatt Hotels has the money to fix this annoying issue. FIX IT!||||||Don’t even bother trying the free breakfast! It’s beyond bad… dreadful recycled unhealthy food. No fresh, healthy breakfast options. That’s why it’s free!||||They also have the nerve to charge you a $10 parking fee for each night. Unbelievable!||

The staff was so friendly and accommodating, the entire hotel was clean and updated, and the breakfast was top notch! My room was so comfortable and the view was gorgeous greenery. Can't recommend this place enough! Close to really great food and a 24 hr fitness gym (if even needed since they have a hotel gym that has weights and cables!) Had so much fun staying here!

This place was amazing. Our AC went out in 103° weather, so my husband took myself and my daughter to stay here. Even though it was a walk-in booking in the middle of the night, someone was there to help us. Dakota was so nice checking us in and making sure we were comfortable. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. It had a fridge and stove for people who need to stay for a bit. There was also a hot breakfast included that was tasty. Much better than a cold muffin and fruit. My daughter was so excited to wake up to pancakes AND cereal. They also have a pool, but we didn't get a chance to use it. I'd recommend this place for anyone who needs a place to stay for an extended amount of time, even if it's just for a few days.

Hyatt House consistently delivers clean, functional rooms along with a great breakfast! Staff was friendly at check-in as well. Location of this HH is great for visiting the San Ramon Valley. Be aware that they charge $10 for parking each night (this isn’t shared until booking is complete via an email.).

Great location and very helpful staff. Plentiful parking and rooms were clean and had a mini kitchen which was nice for a week long stay. Easy to hope on and off the freeway and 1 exit away from San Ramon.

My daughter flew in to attend a concert at Concord Pavillion along with myself and her nieces. We chose Hyatt San Ramon because it was midway of the Pavillion and the Oakland Airport for her return flight the next day. The hotel is in a very good location with easy access to the freeway.
