Hyatt House Pleasant Hill - Hotel in Pleasant Hill - 2611 Contra Costa Blvd, USA

Stayed for two months while flood repairs were done at home. Staff and facilities were fantastic. It was a home away from home. Breakfast was good and there was a community feel. There is a little bar area downstairs that had a cozy feel in the evenings. They even let us celebrate my 7-year-old son's birthday in the common area. Thanks Hyatt house for helping us make the best of a stressful situation. Would recommend. Five stars.

Great place to stay. Very clean, felt like home.||The staff are amazing, especially Sheila at the front desk. I am disabled and my accessible room was great. It is the first time the bed was at the right level for a wheelchair and everything else was perfect. The area for my service dog was also lovely. Thanks Hyatt.

The Hyatt House is our "go to" when in the Pleasant Hill/Walnut Creek area. The location is very convenient to the freeway. The rooms are very clean and we really appreciate the well stocked kitchen. The staff is always friendly and efficient.

We had to stay at this hotel for several months due to insurance repairs at our home. Generally, if you have to stay at a hotel for weeks or months, this is one of the better ones. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast buffet, which includes an omelette bar, was varied and generally well-done. Any issues with the room were dealt with quickly. The gym is small and focused on cardio equipment, but there are some weights. Also, it’s across the street from a very large shopping area. This proved very helpful. The only negative is the laundry. Half the machines seem to be “out of order“ at any given time. It sometimes created issues for those of us who were there long term. Although the hotel is in a decent neighborhood, I appreciated that there was security all night long in the parking lot to prevent car break-ins.

Overall cleanliness was good. We enjoyed the two bedroom. It gave us our own privacy. Some of the appliances look brand new. I would have like a few more plates available to have enjoyed with the whole family. ||

Good breakfast buffet. Room was roomy and had kitchen accommodations. Liked having a desk away from the sleeping area. The window shades let in a lot of light. Would have liked it to be a little bit darker for sleeping. Having a separate lounge/couch was nice plus seating at desk.

Very comfortable and spacious room with great outdoor areas. Other family members were also staying here for our Christmas gathering. The Rooms made it easy to gather with family. My 2-year old grandson loved the basketball court.

Can't say enough good about this hotel. Rooms were clean and kept clean every other day. Pools, despite the heavy use, were clear and clean, as was the spa. Well kept grounds. Gym was above average, just missing a few weights that people decided to keep as souvenirs over the years. Staff was always around cleaning and maintaining. Front desk staff went above and beyond to make my two week stay comfortable and easy. Breakfast was partially set early so we could at least get coffee and a bagel before work. Thank you to the entire staff! Location is A+ with Downtown Pleasant Hill 300 feet away. (Jack's is overrated by the way. Go to the southern kitchen place. You'll be amazed.)
