This is such a comfortable hotel. The rooms were so clean and it is truly the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in, which is so important with small children. We didn't hear doors slamming all night. It was such a peaceful night's sleep! The breakfast was also wonderful. We needed extra pillows for the pullout and the hotel immediately helped us. I would stay again!

Rooms are big and the service is excellent. Breakfast was decent, although they ran out of some option for a couple days while I was there. Check in and check out process was smooth. They do charge $15 a day for parking which seems like a money grab considering the hotel is in the suburbs.

Room was super clean. Smell so nice. Very quiet. A lot of space. Separate bedroom. Comfortable bed. Big and clean bathroom with nice shower. 👌 Breakfast fresh with many choices. Service room very helpful and friendly. The only issue is that you have to pay for parking spot which is nonsense!!

The hotel is pretty good to stay in overall. Beware that the parking is chargeable by $15/day unless you are a discovery club member. But besides that, there were no hidden charges. Not many options for breakfast though. For a vegan, there are hardly any. Hotel staff are pretty responsive.

A fairly typical Hyatt House with a full kitchen inside the room.|There have been a lot of complaints in recent reviews about the fact that they charge for parking. I agree that it is ridiculous to charge $15 a day to park in an outdoor lot in a suburban office park.|Having said that, parking is free for World of Hyatt members at even the lowest "Discoverist" level. When I checked in, the very friendly front desk attendant made sure I knew that my parking was complimentary and walked me through how to arrange that with the parking app. She also gave me a bag with a small welcome amenity.|All in all it was a decent stay for a decent price. I will note that there was a pile of wrapping paper and stuff from Christmas gifts left out in the hallway next to my room and it remained there during my entire stay. I am sure that they were short staffed for Christmas but still, this should have been taken care of.

The mattress is EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE VERY HARD. The ultimate turn off was when we pulled out the sofa bed to lay the mattress on the bed so that we can have some cushion on the mattress and saw the disgusting menstrual blood stains and food stains on the mattress not to mention the amount of crumbs and dirt under that sofa bed mattress. Upon pulling the sheet back on our bed we noticed a stain on our sheet that was still crispy and right away knew those sheets had not been washed. The cleaning staff are not the friendliest. When you approach them they look at you as if to say “why are you bothering me” the lack of customer service is unacceptable. While we were not too happy about the parking fee that was the least of our worries COMPARED to the lack of CLEANLINESS at this hotel. We tried not to think about what we saw on the sofa bed mattress but it was hard to get over it. Totally DISGUSTING!!!

We were there as a family for about 9 nights. And while it was a work trip, we were made to feel very comfortable by the front desk and the staff. They were accommodating when we requested a change of room and gave us a much better, more comfortable room. I also have to make special mention of the breakfast attendant, Mitchell. He was super friendly and helpful!

They were kind enough to priority mail back something that i left at the hotel. First they actually called me to let me know i forgot something. Great service overall. Small plaza strip mall across the street. Nice walking path nearby
