Hyatt House Orlando Airport - Hotel in Orlando - 5472 Gateway Village Cir, USA

My experience within this review started before I even got to the hotel and it set us on an amazing foot. The shuttle service is a great perk. And if you get Donald he is amazing! He could have just driven us from the airport to the hotel but took it upon himself to give us a rundown of close convenience stores,food and even liquor stores. He was amazing and I was so glad we had him as our driver.||The hotel staff was all amazing. They asked us whenever they saw us if there was anything they could do or how the room was. Speaking of the room it’s spacious clean and very nice. We had a kitchenette an island to sit at. A seating area and a swiveling tv to turn to the bed to watch tv in bed. The shower has great water pressure and is clean. The shampoo and body wash smells amazing. And the towels are soft||The bed was comfy and I took a nap almost immediately. The pillows are soft and cradle your head just right. I highly recommend this hotel before your cruise as it’s part of goport options. Which is what we did. 10/10 review here!!!

The breakfast was the best organized and efficient, clearly food safe practice that I have seen in my years of traveling. Well done all around, the staff were all friendly. Peter makes the best omelet. The bartender Alicia Wes friendly and went out of her way to make sure all her patrons were well cared for and happy. She was able to handle a full bar which happened unexpectedly just before closing and did it with grace and charm even when one patron was completely rude to her. I am very pleased with my experience at the Hyatt Hotel Orlando Airport. Thank you all. Andrea

Great bar staff, friendly front desk. The shuttle from the airport to hotel is efficient, we did have a small wait, but our driver was amazing. The hotel is clean. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance, as well as a kids play place near by. The pool is clean. The room we had included a stove, microwave, full size fridge, and a dishwasher. We will definitely stay here again during our next Orlando trip.

We called from the airport to get picked up by their complimentary shuttle. Jeffrey was very professional and helpful. The room was excellent. We had a kitchenette which was a pleasent surprise. The breakfast was awesome. Kudos to Peter and Yvonne and the kitchen staff were great.

Beautiful newer property with great amenities. More importantly, just about everyone I encountered from the staff were friendly, welcoming, and had customer service in mind. In a time where many properties are lacking in that aspect, this property stands out as a winner. The only negative thing I can say which had nothing to do with the front line staff- I believe it's time for hotels to return to daily housekeeping services. I understand they were trimmed during the pandemic but that's over and with rooms at record high rates, it's time to return to that normalcy that most businesses have. To be fair, a lot of hotels have switched to every other day, etc. I've stayed at 8 or 9 hotels in the vicinity of this one and Hyatt House by far is setting a new standard around there. Thank you to the staff for everything!

This hotel works great for meetings. The positive experience started when I walked in the door and received the friendly, calm, professional service of Maurice at the front desk. My room and the common areas are clean and modern. The complimentary breakfast comes with any options, including oatmeal with all the fixings.

We stayed at Hyatt House hotel because of its location. From the staff, to the hotel itself, the shuttle to the scrumptious breakfast, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was well-appointed and very comfortable, the pool area was very nice. Lots of donning options nearby. Loved the convenience of the shuttle service. Thank you!

Hotel is under a year old, very spacious, very clean, well decorated and n the staff were all present and pleasant. Pool area and outdoor space was very nice. Provided breakfast and common areas all good. ||Hotel also very walkable to several dining options and there is an airport shuttle if needed.
