The beginning of our stay was lovely, and we were considering rebooking this hotel for Thanksgiving. The rooms were beat up, with furniture that was falling apart in some places. The kitchen lacked some amenities that it should have had to advertise a kitchen (We had no sharp knife, so cutting up an apple was impossible). That being said, the rooms were clean, as was the rest of the hotel, which is for me a much bigger deal.||||Until the end of our trip, the hotel worked well. The location was amazing, walking distance to shops, restaurants, and a wine shop. It was also close to our family, which was great. However, the last night of our trip was TERRIBLE and left me sobbing in my room.||||My 4 year old, who is neurodivergent, was upset that we had to leave the pool to go to bed. He was crying as we tried to get him to leave. We were probably yelling. as we were the only ones in the pool area and he was attempting to jump in without his puddle jumper. We carried him out of the area, and he was still crying. A staff member came to check on us. We told her that we were okay, it was a toddler tantrum and we were removing him to our room to calm him.||||In the room, our child still cried for another 5-ish minutes while we attempted to calm him. At this point, in the world of Toddler Tantrums, he's at a 5/10. Loud sobbing, refusing any water or deep breaths to help regulate. But we hugged him, we calmed him, and he descalated. This was, again, in the realm of 5-8 minutes.||||10-15 minutes later, once we're calm and moving in the direction of bed, we got a call from the front desk informing us that "There had been a complaint about noise from our room". I was absolutely heartbroken, embarrassed, and then ANGRY. Our child was crying like a typical toddler. We were attempting, and then successful, at calming him quickly. He had a big burst of emotions, coming from the stress of traveling, the uncertainty of being in a new place, the disappointment at leaving the pool, and the general exhaustion of vacation, and it came out as crying. ||||The woman who called said "We have quiet hours at this hotel from 10 PM. It's 8:20 now, but if this continues after 10 PM we'll have to ask... er... call you back". So, rather than sending staff to assess the situation, they decided another guest had more right to the hotel than we did, even though 1. the child was calm 2. when he wasn't, we were actively calming him, and 3. It was outside quiet hours.||||Stay elsewhere.

This hotel is in a nice area. It shares a parking lot with Target, which is not made known very well. I asked about it as I was checking in and someone came in after me and asked the same question. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel and it's location. The first day we arrived, there was an outdoor market happening right across from the hotel. We were able to walk through and enjoy the live music that was playing. There is plenty of shopping and food in the area, and it's a short drive to other places around town, including Red Rocks. ||||The hotel was clean and there were plenty of places to lounge. We didn't get to try to gym or the pool but we saw people enjoying both. Breakfast was lacking some but they keep it interesting by offering different main dishes each day. ||||Overall, we enjoyed our stay here and would stay again.

Fabulous stay, quiet comfortable suite with a full well-equipped kitchen, large shower and bathroom. Clean and modern (or newly renovated). Free breakfast was good. Great location next to Whole Foods, movie theater, and restaurants. And free parking. I only wish they would have had coffee available during the afternoon. Instead, we had to walk to the Starbucks next door in the Target.

We spent four nights here and highly recommend it. The location is very good. It is in the heart of a shopping and dining center that is very walkable. There are also many chain restaurants and stores close by. Parking is very handy. The hotel has good access to Highway 6, and is only a few miles from Interstate 70. The hotel has a large common area with lots of comfortable areas to sit in. Families were enjoying the pool table in the lobby. There is also large patio just off the breakfast area. The complimentary breakfast offers the usual fare, but also included fresh fruit and berries. The staff were friendly and attentive. Daily maid service was offered and the entire hotel was very clean. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Denver.

This Hyatt is by far the best hotel I have stayed in. I am a member of the loyalty program and it is definitely worth checking out. The staff is very professional and attentive to their guests. I was a guest for 5 weeks due to work and everyone worked their best to make sure I was taken care of. Good, hot breakfast and clean rooms. Good laundry facility, exercise room, and pool. It's also conveniently located to grocery stores, barbershop, restaurants and clothing shops. Thank you Josefa for making sure there was always breakfast and coffee. Thank you Jenifer for always cleaning my room and making sure I had clean towels and linens.

We are World of Hyatt members and have stayed in a lot of Hyatt properties. This one was excellent. Rooms were clean, large and updated, close to restaurants and shopping. Great breakfast. Extremely happy overall. 20 min drive to Red Rocks :)

I've stayed at the Hyatt House Denver/Lakewood at Belmar a number of times. We visit our kids who live in the area. Just a modern, clean, quiet hotel with a wonderful staff. Staff is so accomodating and willing to meet your needs. Many great bars, restaurants, stores right in the area. No need to drive. Very safe and fun area!

Nice, beautiful modern style hotel in the heart of Belmar, just minutes away from downtown. Room designs are nice and spacious, and staff is friendly. Probably one of the best included hotel breakfasts I have had. Though small, kids loved the swimming pool. Some negative features was that the boiler must have been having a bad night, my kids couldn't even shower. Your options were scalding hot or melt your skin off. I love hot showers and it was too much for me. Also, only 2 handicap spots, which are not enforced as both were occupied but one of the vehicles didn't have a permit. The negative stars are primarily because of the janitorial team. Upon entering my room, I located candy wrappers on the floor next to the bed and a pair of socks left in the bathroom. It was too late in the night and too early of a start in the morning to go through the rest of the room looking for any other issues. Brought issue up on post checkout survey, and management in summary replied sorry about the room come stay with us again. Despite these issues, I would consider staying at this location again.

Freshest and best tasting bowl I've ever eaten in my entire life. Most poke places sacrifice on the quality of the fish to save money, but not this place. You can totally taste the difference. The staff was friendly as well.
