The rooms are extremely clean and well taken care of. The staff seems to be genuinely friendly and caring. I would 10 out of 10 recommend staying and again. We don’t have plans to stay in the area again but if we were I would choose this hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this facility. The room was clean and spacious. I was placed right by the exit, which is perfect because I love to smoke. The bar was lively and had a great selection of libations. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and the staff was very friendly. I can’t wait for my next Hyatt stay! The mattress was also unusually comfortable.

Great hotel, super close to major highway. Staff is bilingual and super helpful. They have a shuttle too. Breakfast is very good but could be better rotated. Great rates. Room is big with couch. Super clean

The room and staff more than met our expectations. The breakfast buffet was good and changed slightly every morning to make sure enough different options were available. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our only "complaint" would be that it took quite awhile for the hot water to reach our room. However, by letting the hot water run for a few moments, it did reach our room (we were on the far north end on the fourth floor) and operated fine so long as it was kept running.

Overall the stay was just ok. Nothing special. Rooms were clean, 32 in tv was too small compared to more updated facilities. This location is obviously an older property and the age showed all around. The latest bing room couch was probably the most uncomfortable couch I’ve ever experienced! The beds are nice though and spacious bathrooms were a plus! So if you do decide to book at this location, be aware it’s an older property that tried to be updated but shows it’s age throughout. Also, breakfast quality is mediocre and nothing special. Staff are friendly and welcoming!

Highly recommend. The room was clean, staff accommodating, and breakfast was delicious. I had a lovely time and was impressed with the size of their pool. It was great! I will definitely be back next year.

I have stayed at the Hyatt House several times. The staff is friendly and helpful, it's in a convenient location, because I had a top floor room, it was very quiet. ||||I had an alarming check-in when I went to the room and it was unlocked, both faucets were running at full force and the window was open. I got a new room and it was also unlocked.||||I had to call three times to have the hot water 'reset' so I could take a shower. The windows in the room need to be replaced, ice and moisture were inside the frame. ||||The breakfasts are convenient, but should be varied.

The staff goes the extra mile to make sure that each guest is taken care of. Very clean hotel with spacious rooms! Our stay was very pleasant, and we will stay again. Very helpful staff and a terrific breakfast!
