Hyatt House Bentonville / Rogers - Hotel in Rogers - 1803 S 52nd St, USA

I stayed for a weekend getaway with my husband. The hotel room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The a/c worked nicely. The room definitely needs an update that I believe is scheduled to happen soon and the pool was not open either. The staff was friendly and check in went smoothly. Breakfast was the usual hotel free breakfast and was okay. Housekeeping did fix our bed and bring more towels since we stayed two nights..so we were glad we didn't have to request clean towels. Location was good too. I have no complaints about the hotel it served it's purpose and the staff was great.

Positive: The best part was that it was close by to attractions and dining. The people working the front desk were the same people the whole weekend and they were all super nice and greeted us every time we came back. Negative: I didn?t like that the hot tub in the pool room was broken and appeared to be that way for a while yet no one updated the website or bothered to tell people who were checking in.

Very outdated hotel. Room furniture is often stained and worn out. Phones don't work half the time. Hit or miss on cleanliness. Had to change rooms this last stay due to my room not having been cleaned from person who had it prior to me. Good location, air conditioner works well, and the bed was comfortable. Price was very high for quality. Probably won't stay here again unless forced.

They are getting ready to update. I currently love the setup. We usually have a living area, 2 TV’s. It is perfect for us. My husband gets up early for golf. I sleep in. Every worker there is very kind and helpful. We always enjoy our stay. Can’t wait to see the updates coming soon!

The hotel itself was just ok. We stayed in 221 and the room did not have a microwave, (just a space where one had been removed) and there was a big window with no curtain and a very bright spot light shining into the room at night. Made it tough to fall asleep. On the positive, the location is good, and the staff was nice. We were there for a baseball tournament, and unfortunately the indoor pool was freezing cold, and didn’t appear to be circulating at all..and the hot tub was closed..roped off with caution tape, which was a bummer. The pool door wouldn’t open with a room key, so you had to get the front desk employee when you wanted to use it.

This hotel is an embarrassment. Not only is the staff unfriendly but they also can’t seem to understand basic questions. First of all, they were overbooked and booked us anyways leading to us being put in a disgusting room that we later had to change out anyways after being promised a pull out bed (there wasn’t one). One staff member also won’t even talk loud enough to be heard and so you have to ask what they even said fifty times when trying to have a conversation. Honestly I will never be staying here again and am totally grossed out by this hotel and the whole experience.

It was a great hotel in a really good location. Easy access to some decent restaurants and the convention center. Breakfast was good but I did not like the coffee. Lol… I would stay again with no issues.

I have traveled all over the world and this place is by far one of the best places that I stayed at. The hotel staff were like family and the guests were like neighbors. I stayed here for a few weeks and I wish I could have stayed all year. If they get a chance to read this I want them to know that they are very special and phenomenal people. Thank you so much
