We had a wonderful two night stay, Parking was easy to figure out, Checking in was smooth and quick. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Lots of places to eat nearby that are walking distance. Nothing short of wonderful ||||STAFF:||This staff at this hotel was super friendly and helpful. Jessica & Cecilia at the front desk was really sweet and really accommodating. Bella was amazing she went the extra mile for us and helped us find a cart upon arrival ||it was busy when we had arrived but she had a great positive attitude the whole time. She is very sweet and professional and very knowledgeable, it was great that we experienced that the moment we checked in. All the staff we came in contact with during our stay were nice and cheerful and we look forward to coming back . ||||LOCATION:||We picked this hotel because of the proximity to Disneyland and we were able to walk to and from the park easily. ||||AMENITIES:||This hotel has a nice pool for the kids to enjoy while we were there. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfy , after a long day at the park , coming back to such a cozy room was a dream. The staff here is outstanding , helpful & detailed. On our first night here my husband and I went down to the hotel bar for Happy Hour and Greg was our bartender he was so pleasant and helpful, he had a positive attitude and his service was amazing. ||The complimentary breakfast was an amazing perk and all the staff picking up your plates and just making sure the bars are clean was great to see.
Really good location for Disneyland and access to the freeway to get anywhere. Breakfast was great, but could do with a change of variety from day to day with regard to the hot food. Staff was excellent and extremely helpful in all regards, and the housekeeping staff are amazing and friendly. Facilities in the rooms are excellent and well-stocked. Make sure you join Hyatt rewards when staying, accumulated benefits are good. If you have multiple adults, or older teenagers, beware of the sofa bed as it is not comfortable, but the sofa itself is comfortable when you put the sheet and blanket on it, if a bit narrow. One big negative is the trek from the elevators to end rooms. While there are 4 elevators they are all located near the lobby, with a very long walk if you're in an end of hall room - but that is only a negative for us unfit old folk or those with mobility issues. For the location, service, cleanliness and overall stay, I would very much recommend this hotel.
The Hyatt House at Anaheim is conveniently located to the Disney Parks I loved that it was within walking distance suitable for my 5 and 6 year old's. The complimentary breakfast is definitely a bonus! It is good with some varietal options. The service is great! Check in and out was relatively easy. The garage underground offers sufficient parking. There's Starbucks and eateries surrounding the hotel for convenience. We will most certainly be returning customers.
From check in to check out, everything went smoothly. Very much appreciated that front desk staff knew Disneyland specifics as we were rookies. Breakfast was decent and staff was great at keeping on top of so many people and table turnover. Consistently cheerful and friendly. Easy walk to Disneyland and nice restaurants were. Nearby as well.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate Miss BELLA for her professionalism and kindness. This is the kind of talent headhunters are looking for.|My family and I stayed in several hotels based on POI. This hotel was by far the best we experienced. We even decided to end our stay there.|In concrete terms, |- the location is perfect (Disney, Knott, grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, Chinese restaurant...)|- the bedding is top quality. We slept well.|- Above the American standard|- the property, nothing to say|- and last but not least, the team, super pleasant and attentive (from the reception to the restaurant to the “invisible” staff). Big Up to Bella, who I'm sure will go on to achieve great things.
About a 1/4 mile walk to Disneyland. Good selection of restaurants in close proximity. Parking can be tough. Above- and below-ground lots fill up fast. And to note, once you check out you need to get your car out within an hour or you will be charged a $45 ransom at the exit gate so don't think you can come back later in the day and get your car without getting stung.
We had such a great 3 night stay for our Disneyland vacation. Very family friendly. Rooms were really clean, and having a kitchen that had pots and pans, dishes and cutlery made it easy to make food since we have various food allergies making eating out difficult. Gym, pool and jacuzzi were also very nicely designed and also very clean. Staff were very nice and housekeeping was really fast with our requests. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back!
I absolutely loved this hotel. We spent 6 nights here and it was fantastic. Despite many whinging reviews I’ve read from people, this was a great hotel. The location is fantastic if you’re heading to the Disney Parks, it’s only a 10 min walk and after a busy day enjoying Disney Magic, you need somewhere close. We stayed in a family suite and it was perfect for 6 people. The room was big, the bathroom spacious, and the room service was sublime. We even had a view of the Disneyland fireworks which was great.
My only disappointment was that the sofa bed was pretty bad. You could hear the springs throughout the night and it wasn’t comfortable according to my kids.
The breakfast is good, plentiful but it can be the same stuff each day which I know can be tough if you’re expecting variety. The staff in the breakfast are awesome, loved them!!
The front desk staff are great. We had the pleasure of Jessica on the occasions we needed to check in and extend our stay and she was great. She is a real credit to the hotel and her helpfulness was gratefully noted by our family. An awesome hotel in a marvelous location!!

Coach Ken and coach Alison are amazing. They make it feel like your second home. It is so welcoming and the vibes there are great. All the students there are like family. The coaches there are extremely patient and willing to teach without hesitation
I was in town for a conference and did a drop in. The instructor (Josh) did a great job of educating and walking us through the movements. We did a dedicated strength day and worked on our deadlift form which was much needed. I really appreciated the
