My recent stay at the Hyatt Regency Buffalo fell short of expectations in several areas. The room's air conditioning unit was notably noisy, disrupting sleep and relaxation. The bathroom lacked proper ventilation, which could lead to moisture issues over time. The windows appeared to need cleaning, obstructing what could have been a pleasant view.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel was run down and noisier than anticipated for a property of this caliber. While the presence of an on-site Starbucks was convenient, it did not compensate for the other shortcomings.
A significant drawback was the parking situation. The hotel charges $25 per night for parking located a couple of blocks away. This information was not clearly communicated at the time of booking, which was disappointing and led to unexpected additional costs.
While the Hyatt brand typically delivers a reliable experience, this particular property needs improvement in several areas to meet the standard expected by frequent travelers. Better transparency regarding additional fees, enhanced room maintenance, and improved soundproofing would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.
Great hotel. It had a luxurious feel everywhere you went. The Starbucks in the lobby was crucial to the convention I was attending. The bar and lounge had great specials after hours. The rooms were decent, but I had a hard time with the refrigerator not working properly. Other than that an overall decent experience over the last week.
Today me and my friend came in for dinner and we had the best waiter ever! Chris had great energy. He knew what he was doing, it made our stay even better ! I definitely will be coming back again!
Went for a wedding reception. Staff was all very friendly, food was very good, although the steak entrée was varying from plate to plate. My was medium rare and juicy, my wife's was medium well and dry. And the entire table seemed to be one way or the other.
Aside from that, all the food tasted very fresh. The bar tenders poured a nice cocktail with a smile every time, and the event was clean. Definitely had a nice evening with my wife and her family.
Manager from the hyatt touched my drink at Starbucks thinking Aventis black coffee was a fluffy drink and was also harassing the batista in a sequel manner
My friends and i, arrived early. For breakfast ugh. Spent 12.00 for a bkft of muffin, egg, and coffee. When to Bettys on college/virginia. Spent 4.00 same order. Friends came into town stayed at hyatt. I Recommended Bettys to them. Never returned to Hyatt.
Could have used a refrigerator in the room.
But over all great service
They are in the midst of a remodel. A huge piece of heavy equipment (maybe a tractor?) stands in the dining room. It's very off-putting.
Such a clean room, very comfortable bed and blankets. I stayed in the Chelsea and the bed was huge. The bathroom was also so gorgeous--shampoo, conditioner, body wash all included. The owner reached out after my first day and asked what cleaning serv
Hotel check-in was easy, and the receptionist was nice. Starbucks is attached to the hotel. The room was clean and neat. The gym is gorgeous. Nice indoor pool and laundry room on the first floor. I would stay here again. Breakfast was good, too. Ther
Pure Barre Buffalo classes are great, low impact workouts that increase your balance, strength and posture. The instructors are knowledgeable and helpful too!
I have recently just started going to Teaira the beginning of the month. I started at her Glutecamp class and then proceeded with her personal training. The first day I trained with her she was very welcoming. I love the vibe she has. When you feel l
