Absolutely disgusting. Mold and live bugs on the wall. Would sleep in my car before I stepped foot in here. Front desk customer service is absolutely awful and was argumentative right from the start. Checked in and went straight to wedding rehearsal (my sons mistake) without checking the room out first. He checked in at 4:30 and got back to the room at 7:00pm. When he went down to the front desk they refused to give him a refund. When I called since he was using my credit card for the room, the lady that answered was very rude and immediately started being hateful about how it was my sons fault. When I finally asked her if I could speak and I told her the situation about him needing to get to a wedding rehearsal she told me that was not her problem and he should not have waited then aske me if I spoke English because she doesn't know why I was arguing with her. Refused to give me management name and number stating it was "against policy" to give that information out but I could email. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER........and by the way, did I say that the room was DISGUSTING, because it is......

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star🤢. Went there without looking at previous reviews which is 100% on me. As I was about to walk outside I notice something all over the foot of the bed but couldn’t tell what it was due to poor lighting so I turn my phone flashlight on and noticed a BEDBUG NEST and immediately we start inspecting the bed we pulled the covers back and noticed there was all kinds of crumbs, leafs, and dirt on our so called “clean bedding”. At this point it’s almost 2 in the morning(had a long day never got to actually be in the room until late at night) we go to the office and ask for clean bedding and a new room cause there was no way we were sleeping with bugs and dirty bedding. They then tell us there’s nothing they can do, what do you mean there’s nothing you can do?? We were arguing with them and they proceeded to “call the cops”(they lied about doing so cause they thought we would leave). we literally had to argue for an hour with them for a refund at the least so we could go somewhere else.

The place was exactly as a motel should be. Clean rooms, towels and all their amenities they claim. Quiet was the best quality I enjoyed. I didn't swim but walked the pool, it's nice. For the money, you cannot go wrong. 😎

This was the worst stay ever and not worth the money i spent. My room had bed bugs. When I went to the owner to inform him of the situation, he was incessant that I brought the bed bugs, which i never had a problem before that day. After talking to the front desk, I immediately left early and drove all the way home instead of spending the night here after the discovery. The only plus is that the hotel was close to the bars

My boy friend and I stayed here, are room was dirty, there was dirty wash cloth and soap left in shower, hair and teeth glue, was left in bed, when we went to desk to get clean sheets, was told they didn't have any, to use the other bed, . We asked and payed for a single room., will never stay here again.

Positive: The area was safe and there was no terrible smell in the room. If it was cleaner, it would have rated much higher. Negative: The room was quite dirty. I used my sleeping bag as the blanket and bed were very stained. There was a giant dead cricket on the floor, and I didn't feel good about walking on the floor without shoes on. Surfaces were sticky. Stopped in before the football game and got a room. Check in was quick. It was $104. I wasn't expecting it to be great but refused to pay $400 for one of the nicer hotels. There were 3 beds in our room. I didn't see any signs of bugs. The beds are a little noisy but decently comfortable. The pillows are a little flat but we had plenty with the extra beds so stacking two wasn't bad. The sheets and towels appeared to be clean but have probably been used many times. The carpet appeared to be clean and fairly new. There could definitely be some updating in the bathroom but everything worked and appeared to be clean. I slept just fine and would definitely stay again.

Never stay here if you can. I got a room for a couple of nights the first room I was in the bed had bed bug and cockroaches. When I called the office to let them know the manager was very mean and started to argue with me say we don't have bed bugs and cockroaches when I gave him proof of both. He did move me to a different room witch was better except the AC leaks really bad. When I called to office to let them know the guy he was very mean about it. I told him I didn't know it was leaking til after my toddler when over there and slipped and hit his head on the ground. No one ever come to room to look at the AC.
