Was not a pleasant stay the room did not have fridge or microwave spoke to someone in front desk and told us they didn’t have enough for all the rooms that we should have called before hand and requested them, then we found bed bugs the day we checked out

Host was very friendly. Located near exit of town with decent businesses around (food, supermarket, phone services, etc. Only drawback, room door had gaps above and below, ceiling fan working but noisy, mini-fridge freezer needed servicing. Checking out at early am, no staff to complete checkout. Host did show after 15 minutes.

Great place to stay overnight or for work. The owner Tobias is onsite & a really nice guy. Gave us a great rate for work. I think normal nightly rates range around $68+/night for a singles. Parking lot was secure & safe! Grounds are kept clean. Rooms are clean & everything was functional. Bed was great & clean! TV pkg/channels was very limited, I just used my roku anyways. Tile floor in room was a bit dusty/dirty I just did a quick mop with some wet wipes, but the tile is nice as you can clean it unlike old nasty motel carpet. Not a huge deal but would've been nice to find an extra roll of tp in the room, i had to walk up to the front office & get 1. Highly recommend this place if staying in Laredo!

59 was the first place in this area I found that did not have bugs.... Great people! Tobias is very Hospitable. The cleaning ladies work hard everyday to make sure you have clean towels and rooms. Not all rooms have microwave or fridge and cable could be better. Overall it's a good place to stay and they are working daily to make it better. I would stay here again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. When I first checked in the man told me all other rooms were booked I said okay no problem. I get inside the room and of course the first thing I do is inspect the room, no microwave no refrigerator then It came to the beds. There was blood on the sheets, pillowcases , and pillows. To me that is disgusting and hazardous. So I went back to the man and told him I was checking out that I did not want to stay there because the room I got was disgusting he offered me another room and I told him no because he had already told me that there was no other rooms available , I asked for a refund he would not give it even though I wasn’t even there 20 minutes. Or he could of atleast just charge me one night. Mind you I didn’t even check in till 11:30 at night paid 113 for nothing. now I’m revising the policy and no we’re on the website does it say no refund.

I've killed at least 32 bees in 2 days while inside this room here. I am currently in the middle of my stay here and I'm very disappointed. I only came to Laredo for work and I had low expectations with it being a motel but this is ridiculous. They do not have fitted sheets, instead they give you sheets to cover the mattress. I had to return fresh sheets do to sketchy looking red spots on them (looked like blood or something). The staff isn't rude but they just don't seem to be thorough. I refused room service because I preferred to clean the room myself to have it clean enough for me to feel comfortable here. One day I noticed bees crawling the the space between the door and the door panel. I killed 25 bees in the room the first day. The next day (today) I have currently killed 7 bees. I honestly don't know why I'm giving them 2 stars because I don't want to ever go through this experience again.

Very unprofessional establishment, rooms weren’t cleaned after 4 days of staying here, even after asking front office (we had 4 more days left too). ROOM 221 has BED BUGS and TOBIAS at the window tried shrugging it off and dismissing us until we showed him pictures. Be aware of this place! Check the mattresses!

They are very rude and unprofessional. I called to see if they had rooms available for four people. They told me yes and then my family members get there and tell them No rooms available with in the five mins it took me to drive there. I call back and the front decks guy tells me that he miss understood me and hung up on me. I’m guessing my family members showed his Mexican Passport and they racially profiled him. Never again will I have any of my family members stay in this motel again 😡🤬
