Terrible experience! Was my first time going to this place 9-11-23. Went in right when the dude opened. He was very rude. I was gonna ask him about cbd options he had but he asked me in the rudest tone," What do you want!? I was in shock so I just told him what I needed and went to purchase it. He rang me up and whispered something about credit or debit in which I pressed debit. He then proceeded to tell me in a rude manner that debit doesn't work and said, "That's why I told you credit not debit. " Is this how this smoke shop treats there customers? He then had issues with the computer and proceeded to curse frequently until it worked. Not good experience at all for my first visit.

Always friendly, knowledgeable service, great selection of all my smoke shop needs. The only shop I stop at. Highly recommend

Product knowledge is important to me when inquiring about products at this location. I failed to buy several items, solely because the counter person had no answers or details. Ricky , I was here when you opened your first store on main Street. I will continue to support you . ❤️

Great selection, but look at pictures and won't give me a replacement....well Ricky the owner reached out to me and got it straightened out, thanks so much...the guy at the counter had been very nice about replacing the wrap and store policy is not that they won't replace. I am back in the 420 smoke shop fold...thanx again!!

The woman who helped me was awesome but I bought a lighter from there spent 10.00 and it doesn’t even work they won’t even exchange it and the man that works there is very very rude

I went in there a few days ago wanting to get in to vaping. Didn't really know what I was doing. Tristan was working and was very patient and knowledgeable. Walked me through what I would need and how to use it. I will be back again because of him.
