Rooms are very nice hotel is in process of room upgrades. My boys had one of the updated rooms. Very nice. I stayed in. Beach building my room was very good. Just wish it didn't rain almost are entire stay. We will return

Great hotel! Clean, great size, great location!

We reserved 3 condo rooms. Our relaxing special occasion weekend was ruined by not being given the reserved oceanfront rooms at the promised check in times despite early arrivals. This made us very late for a celebration and unable to clean up first. The front desk clerk said the building faced the ocean so it's an oceanfront room even if we couldn't see the ocean from two of our rooms . They didn't have another room in our rate class and wanted another $400 for one of the rooms over the noisy jacuzzi to correct their error! Rooms were not properly cleaned. I could go on and on about the filth I found. Previous guests ' alarms sounded and lights turned on in the middle of the night. Sandpiper pool and beach restaurant staff were excellent. I would rather not spend my birthday correcting the errors of uncaring front desk staff even if we did receive small credits off of the bill after trying to check in on time or get the room we reserved. Most awful hotel resort experience by our entire group. We just wanted what was promised on time. I then had to face them again at check out because they made errors. I missed another as they overcharged the second night in one of the rooms. Not worth the phone call after what they put us through. I would've liked to receive the oceanfront rooms at the promised time. Cannot recommend this hotel. Go somewhere else or bring your accountant, lawyer and cleaning supplies to this one.

I stayed here for a night and it was a pretty good time. Rooms are very nice and modern and staff seemed to know what they were doing. Of course the night I was staying there the TV in my entire building was out and no beach chairs were available because they had to “social distance the beach lounge chairs 6 feet apart.” The tiki bar was nice and all the waiters were very sociable and welcoming. Went walking on the beach in front of the hotel at 11 PM and saw 3 turtles. Overall, I’d recommend this place for a short stay. Any longer than 2-3 days and I could see this place getting a bit boring because of how small it is.

I think this is an awesome hotel. Only bad thing is you have to drive to the lobby and breakfast. But it’s right on the beach which is nice, and there’s a pool and hot tub to relax and get the sand off your feet. Our room was bigger than those at the residence inn and gorgeous. Also there’s Underground parking which is nice because it rains a lot.

Substandard room - rundown and outdated. First day at the Latitude bar we experienced very vulgar and loud language from 3 patrons and the lady operating the bar didn't say anything. The next day at the pool a lady was almost nude in a very skimpy bathsuit. What kind of family environment is this place? I feel like cutting up my Marriott card!

Marriott was nice. It’s a bit on the grimy side. It looks like they updated each room but neglected renovating the popcorn ceilings and deep cleaning vents, fans, A/C. The beach is private and family friendly during Spring break. The ocean view was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool/hot tub. However, I don’t think I would visit again.
