Hutchinson Inn - Motel in Hutchinson - 114 W 4th Ave, USA

Stayed in room 114. Air conditioner needs to be replaced. We had to shut it off and restart it several times after waking up soaked In sweat, it would just randomly quit working. Duvets on beds were dirty/ stained and room smelled vile despite being a non smoking room. Ice machine in pieces, toilet ran all night. but on a positive note, the water pressure in the shower was incredible, and it was quiet for a Tuesday night. It was an acceptable stay for 2 people at $80 but I wouldn't bring the inlaws here.

Pillows were as flat as plywood, mattress was about as comfortable as a lumpy pile of hay, toilet leaked out the front and didn't flush properly half the time, cleanliness neglected. shoved out a day early, several items "mysteriously disappeared" while we were out of the room, microwave recursively tripped the breaker. The only good thing was the shower head and tv.

These people that think this place is clean? I’d hate to see your house!! The whole place is filthy!! Beds / furniture would be nicer if they would replace it with stuff from some other hotel’s dumpster, tub was painted ( with what I don’t know!), bathroom seemed like an old gas station bathroom , where they would use they’re old red rag to clean with. If it wasn’t for the weather, I’d probably have taken the bedding off and used it to sleep in the back of my truck..

Positive: Low cost, comfortable. Close to the church we were visiting. Negative: No continental breakfast as advertised. Not even coffee. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Negative: ""

They have bed bug really bad and they will lie about it

Clean room and mostly quiet. Some noise from staircase restoration and the train. Microwave, mini fridge, cable television and wifi. Good service! Thanks again!

The owners are very nice. Rooms was nice, clean. I believe it's under New Onwer ship. I stayed there almost a week. The main complaint i have is the the was no freezer, i have to have ice packs for my arm and shoulder that need surgery in Oct and i couldn't freeze them, which inturn didnt help my pain. The washer didn't work I don't know if the dryer did or not, the ice machine didn't always work.

It's advertised as eco-friendly. I'm not exactly a tree hugger, but I figured that must be good! Let's try the eco-friendly and save the planet. It's eco-friendly because the AC doesn't work at all. But I figured I could just open the window. But there's no window. There is a sliding door that goes out onto a balcony above the hot humid pool. And there's no security in the building because there's no card reader to let you in you have to prop the door open with a rock. Definitely not worth the money if you are looking sleep there. Unless you like sleeping with it really hot in the room. But I guess not everybody does The room was really hot because the AC doesn't work.
