Came around 6pm in the evening, the wait wasn’t too long. We ordered the Texas Trinity, the ribs were tender, smoky, and juicy, full of finger licking goodness. The brisket was sadly dryer than beef jerky and soaking it in sauce didn’t even help. The sausage was a miss for me, did not even finish it. Got the hatch Mac and cheese as a side, it was full of flavor, hatch chile essence, not spicy, and very velvety and creamy. I appreciated their Texas Trinity included a side, and it was reasonably priced at $28 and change. If I were to return, I would only get their ribs.

Visiting from out of town for a UTA tour. This place was recommended and I’m glad we went. Restaurant was busy but the line moved quick. Food was fantastic. Seating in the main restaurant was limited but there was a building adjacent with plenty of seating for larger groups.

I came here a couple of days ago. Honestly, I saw the commercial on a Dallas Cowboys game and the food looked really good in 4k. I said to myself next time I go to AT&T Stadium I'm going to check it out! It's about 8 minutes from the stadium with no traffic. Parking is plentiful if they aren't busy which was the case for me when I went. Dining space is limited, however, but there is outside patio seating too. For my party of 5, they let us and all the other patrons sit in the bar next to Hurtado. The menu is pretty vast with many options. We ordered the El Jefe which consisted of 1/3 lb each of brisket, pulled pork, spare ribs, chicken quarter, burnt ends, and sausage. Served with two sides of your choice. We also got the Texas Trinity which consists of 1/3 lb each of brisket, spare ribs and sausage. Served with one side of your choice. For sides we got the Hatch Chile Mac N Cheese, Mexican Rice, and Brisket Beans. I just want to say off the rip, that the Ribs was the standout from the meats I ordered. It was very very tasty and well smoked and very flavorful. This is a must eat!!! Out of the sides I ordered the Hatch Chile Mac N Cheese was wheres it's at flavor wise. It wasn't spicy but had nice pepper flavor to it. The cheese was very creamy too and pasta cooked perfectly. The brisket was good. The sausage was good it has melted Cheese in the middle. The barbecue smoked chicken was good it also had a nice smoked flavor. The burnt ends was delicious too. The Mexican Rice was good and the beans were good as well. The only thing I didn't like too much was the pulled pork, I thought it could have done with more flavor. Overall you can't miss with Hurtado it's standout barbecue. I can't wait to try the other menu items. The service was good also. The servers brought out our food, greeted us and helped us decide on the food from the menu. When we went to dine out tables were dirty, but they quickly cleaned for us to eat. Hurtado is a great experience when there's no wait like we had!

So, I saw the wonderful pictures online and even the plates while ordering, but I was a little disappointed once we dug in. I was craving BBQ and was counting on them to be the FIX. Starters- the line is out the door due to how you order, so be prepared for a wait. The atmosphere is clean inside, and they have a nice outside sitting area. The service is not bad; however, the ordering process could shorten the lines. The FOOD- I gave 3 stars because our food was COLD, not lukewarm, COLD. I don't know about everyone else, but I like warm to hot BBQ and sides. The beef ribs were tender, juicy, and had a nice flavor. The burnt ends were also good and tender. The brisket was tender, and the sausage probably tasted better hot, as it had cheese and jalapeños inside. The pulled pork lacked flavor and was dry to me. We had the loaded potatoes, mac and cheese, and the cabbage. The mac and cheese and loaded potatoes were pretty good, but it would have been great HOT. The cabbage was the most unseasoned dish we ordered. The tacos and corn looked so good, but all I could think was it was cold as well. If we ever go back, I'll be sure to order to go so we can warm our food up before eating it.

The food was good but like others have said luke warm at the best. All the meat was good but not to impressed by any sides. The ordering process is a little slow but a sharable plate for 2 that comes a little of each meat and 2 sides, 2 drinks and tip came out to over $70.

This place is a great stop in for some good local BBQ. I have to say being an Arlington resident for a long time, this place definitely is in the top 5 BBQ places in Arlington. They smoke all of the meat behind the restaurant in a huge smoker and it definately reflects in the final product. The meat is falling off the bone and is amazingly tender, and the sides offered are great. First time ever visiting this place but will have to come back and get some more good food!

My third time eating there. Great BBQ! We opted for the El Jefe and added a birria taco with a side of mac and cheese and brisket beans. More than enough food for three people. Everything was great tasting but not served very hot this visit.

The birria tacos were just ok for me. The elote was not good, and the Mac and cheese was decent. Mike's burger was decent as well. The restaurant was small and was very crowded. We ended up having to eat outside in the extreme heat due to us living too far away to eat a home. Overall the ratings this restaurant has did not match up to our experience. They also forgot to give us several items and we had to wait an extremely long time to get them. On a positive note, they did give us some free stuff to make up for their mistakes.

Nice, Little spot to listen to local bands that are coming up. No food, Just a small bar. It's a weird spot. Off the beaten path and the sign on the building you can't read.
