This small Vietnamese restaurant is an absolute gem, especially when it comes to two of their standout dishes – BÚN THỊT NƯỚNG CH GIÒ (#71. Rice Vermicelli with Grilled Pork & Spring Roll) and BANH XEO (#99. Saigon Pancake Stuffed w/ Pork, Shrimp, Onion & Bean Sprouts). It has become my go-to spot whenever I'm craving authentic Vietnamese flavors. The BÚN THỊT NƯỚNG CH GIÒ is a delightful symphony of flavors, and the BANH XEO is a crispy and savory delight. The consistently delicious meals make it a top recommendation for anyone seeking an exceptional Vietnamese dining experience. Upon placing your order, the food is promptly served with impressive speed. The restaurant's cash only policy and limited seating in the small dining area are the only drawbacks.

We were just in Vietnam a few months ago, and this place made us feel like we were back. The service was as expected. Not very friendly but very functional and prompt. The food was okay. The crispy spring roll that came with my Bun tasted like it was deep-fried in old oil. Other than that, everything else was pretty good.

Checked out a friend's favorite pho place. The pho was thinner than usual but the beef soup was good. Wished they had a beef combo with tripe and beef balls though. Service could definitely use some polish - had a bit of a hard time getting extra utensils. Heads up - they only accept CASH or e-transfers. Not exactly the most customer-friendly setup.

CASH ONLY! Some of the best Vietnamese food in NoVa! Prices are a little higher than they used to be but the taste is excellent, probably the best in the Eden Center.

Food was excellent. 2nd time there. Same dish...see pic. Number 103 on the menu. Prices are good and selection is excellent. Service was very good and the food came out very quickly. Very highly recommend.

The food was absolutely amazing and I found myself licking the plate. Highly recommend the spring rolls and the shaky beef. The service is not attentive or friendly and the entire experience is directed towards the food. Do no expect special treatment or niceties, this is about authenticity. Most people are in 5 minutes and then left soon after. Still great food but I recommend take out instead and enjoy it in the comfort of your own home.

Do not waste your time eating here unless you like extremely rude customer service. Specifically talking about our female waitress/server that LIED tonight 2 times and messed up our order. The first lie was she said my wife ordered the crispy noodles combination when all she asked for was the fried noodles combination assuming it was regular stir fried type noodles. This CRISPY fried noodles plate that arrived looked completely flavorless and was basically just HARD uncooked ramen. Instead of accepting her mistake this lady decided to complain that the crispy noodles WAS exactly what my wife ordered and proceeded to yell out loud & call someone else to resolve the situation instead of just kindly exchanging her plate for the stir fried noodles she wanted. She caused so much unnecessary attention, everyone at the restaurant clients, servers, owner everyone staring as they kept insisting she had ordered it wrong and made my wife cry. They also got my beer wrong. I asked for Sapporo and got a completely different beer. The waitress said not to worry for the mistake they will comp the drink and she left. She did not offer to exchange the wrong beer, she just left it there and did not come back at all while we ate so I drank it considering I had nothing else to drink and not once did they offer to refill our empty water cups. That wrong beer was salty and not what I wanted at all with my meal. Still, since no one came, I drank it. That was her second lie, even though she told us that the Sapporo would be comped, it was charged on the check and all the other servers believed her lie and said since I drank the WRONG beer it had to be charged. She told my wife in front of the other waiters that I supposedly said it was “fine” and wanted to keep the wrong drink, which I did not. The pho soup was extremely oily I could not even finish my plate and I have never had this issue at any other restaurant.

Great food. Cash only - no credit card. Food is a little on the pricier side. But the Bun Bo Hue I ordered was very delicious.
