Huntington Beach Inn - Hotel in Huntington Beach - 800 Pacific Coast Hwy, USA

The rooms are basic all with views (for the 6-8 months as there is a building be built next door) the check in and service is good and the location is outstanding. Good value for the area and was able to book a week before the holiday which was nice. They are trying to renovate but I can’t tell the difference between old and new. All and all good value.

Everything was great! The front desk staff was very nice and understanding when I had a personal mishap! The room was comfy had a fridge, microwave, tv everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway at the beach! Location is Amazing! The beach area right in front of the hotel was not as crowded as closer to the pier. Right on the water, downtown Huntington was right up the street. Very walkable and lots to do :) I recommend this hotel greatly! Got my room deposit back within a few days after check out, had an amazing stay!!

Loved the freshly updated minimalist room with a fantastic beach view, on 3rd floor! Little fridge, new t.v., remodeled bathroom. Found the upper bed sheet a little strange, it was textured. Advertised deal included a breakfast bag. Sounded great for our early morning out, but at check in they said "no, no breakfast bags anymore". I thought that sucked. I would stay again, for those other reasons, but that wasn't nice.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. the management at this hotel is extremely rude and unprofessional. he failed to inform us of necessary costs and how parking is charged per day not a flat fee as well. i called when i booked my room (2 months prior) and asked if i needed to tell them about my service dog and they stated that i could just tell them at check in so that’s what i did. the manager then proceeded to add a “dog fee” to bill, it is ILLEGAL to charge for service animals not to mention you accuse me of “sneaking” him in when i gave you plenty of warning. when i called for a refund on the “dog fee” the manager argued with me and yet again was disrespectful. it is VERY illegal to ask a person for proof of a service animal and he refused to refund me until i provided him with that. AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN THAT OR MY ROOM DEPOSIT BACK! on top of all of that, our room was less than pleasant. when we arrived, our room smelled like mold, the carpet was damp and our deadbolt lock was broken off of our door. they charge you for parking even tho you pay an arm and a leg for a hotel room that’s terrible. the parking garage smelt like sewer and had random car parts in it. i will NEVER stay here again or recommend to anyone.

Absolutely awful hotel. Smells like cigarettes and there’s absolutely nothing luxury about the rooms to warrant a $400 stay for one night. |They did not give us our security deposit back but claimed they did and told us we just need to talk to the bank. |The manager was extremely rude when I called him on the day of our check-in and I can see many people had the same issue with this. |There are many other options for stays in Huntington Beach, I’d highly advise against giving them your business

Positive: Hotel was under construction, it was dirty, and the rooms were so dated. We changed rooms three times and eventually we had to leave. Negative: Cleanliness, smell, dust everywhere, no amenities on site, such as pool or fitness, Negative: ""

This place was a straight lie!!! None of them rooms were renovated like it said on the website. There was mold on the wallls, stains on carpets, the rooms smelled horrible. One of the rooms the wood on the floors were slippery not sure what that was about like some oil substance. The view from the balcony was pallets, and trash.. do not waste your time or money on the place ! Absolutely horrible
