Hunters Chase - Apartment complex in Miamisburg - 2550 Steeplechase Dr, USA

Lived at this apartment complex for 3+ years and I LOVED it! Very clean! Maintenance was on top of it! Katie did an awesome job with working with us and was very personable! Our dog Stella enjoyed the dog park! Had a very good view from our balcony to view the lake! 10/10 would recommend moving here! Hate to leave this place!

My experience here at Hunter's Chase has been great so far. The view from my apartment has been amazing and the leasing office staff are very nice and welcomed me with open arms. Jessica, a leasing staff, has been great and provided me details regarding the lifestyle here at Hunters Chase. If your into wildlife, the ducks and geese love to visit the pond.

LOVED living here! Hunters Chase in Miamisburg is wonderful with beautiful apartments and great people. Katie and Jessica have been extremely helpful during our time here. The bark park is amazing and our puppy Stella loves it! Highly recommend this place!

Jessica was very helpful with my whole move in process. She was extremely patient with my questions and when I had to move back the date for my move-in day she worked with me so that I would still be able to live here. She was extremely transparent about everything and for this being my first apartment with my soon to be husband I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live and realtor.

Jessica has been a great help in helping me find my new home. Hunters Chase is a nice, clean and well maintained property. I look forward to living here and enjoying my lake view!

This review is for the Maintenance Department at Hunters Chase. I experienced a plumbing issue in my apartment and had to call for emergency maintenance on a Sunday. The gentleman that came to fix my issue was very professional and very courteous. I believe his name is Hollis (tall slender gentleman- name might not be correct) he was great and had the problem solved very quickly. All of the Maintenance Staff is great and they do a good job. Thank you for taking care of me and everyone else here at Hunters Chase.

Jessica, sales manager, has been extremely helpful with finding me a new home with Hunters Chase. She is very kind and has shown great professionalism. I know Jessica will do her best for others looking for their new home.

Just moved in and I couldn't be happier! They have been incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire move-in process. Cassidy has helped me every step of the way (which I've needed because this is my first time moving out). Their apartments are the cleanest around and their customer service is among the best. Highly Recommend!
