Hunterdon County Arboretum - Park in Lebanon - 1020 NJ-31, USA

A nice place to get a nice unpaved nature walk. All of the information, weeds, and basically everything hasn't been maintained very well recently. As you can see by the pictures this place has some great potential but it seems there is no funding or they just don't care enough to take care of the place. There's a reason we were the only people here on a perfect day for a hike and it's sad to see.

Great place for a walk or picnic. Nice gardens. Lots of paths including a boardwalk over the wetlands.

Scenic spot for walks and admiring natural wonders. Oldest two-story gazebo (1893) in New Jersey. Garden, paths, pond, streams, and more than enough walking trails. Grounds in good condition. Critters and fauna abound; we came across a tree of vultures picking apart a deer carcass.

Family friendly. There is a guide/map in the facility. Takes around 2 hours. Love their bridges, canopy and creeks I wish the tags/labels were better taken care of

Easy access, clean, safe and all information needed to enjoy it. Get you camera as ready as your lungs but please clean after your dog.

A little wet after snow melt, but a fine place for a stroll. There are a couple miles worth of trails on the property. Dogs are permitted on leash. Lots of mature and interesting trees.

Lovely visit early this summer. My Grandson and I spent several hours here wandering around, picnicking, exploring nature. The park system employees were very friendly and encouraged us to explore inside and out. Educational and fun for both adults and kids alike.

Really pretty place and super nice if you have small children. It’s set up with educational stops for them. Not really the place for dedicated hikers. Just not enough space but what’s there it Easily accessible.
