I had the technicians come out on March 3 of last year for a service call that came to $1,599.00. Was told my central air unit was too big for my house. Replaced entire system for $9,729.95 on March 13. New unit quit blowing cold on March 18th of this year. I called them back. Tech said my unit only had a one year warranty which went out on the 13th. The reason it was blowing hot was that when they installed my system, they did not add enough coolant. He then charged me $169 to add the coolant that should have been added when the unit was installed in the first place. Now the unit is blowing hot again.

Our tech Zach B was super knowledgeable and efficient in his work! He made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way and let us know what options we had in the future if the issue was to reoccur. Zach was professional and kind! Jesus Uvalde arrived when he said he would and was very courteous and kind. He was able to find the problem quickly and get it fixed. He also noticed a loose fitting and fixed that as well. I love Hunter Supertechs! They always have prompt, friendly service and display Christ in everything they do!!!

Jesus immediately determined what was wrong with my ac and quickly fixed the issue. He also gave me great advice regarding the air filter that will help the unit work more efficiently. I was very pleased with the work performed. Great job Jesus!!!

We had Zach Boyd come out to look at our unit that wasn’t heating. He was friendly and was very thorough with his inspection. He explained the repairs needed along with the costs. He finished the repairs within an hour and double checked that our heat and air was working. We are very satisfied with the work done.

My mother-in-law had her heat and air unit completely destroyed by lightning but thank God she had home warranty that covered that kind of stuff. Hunter heat and air was hired to put in the inside and outside unit. WOW! Talk about NOT finishing the job!! Neither replacing what THEY tore up, not waterproofing a hole that they drilled into the side of her house or ensuring the drain line is extended the proper length away from the brick. The problem with the inside unit is that there is so much cold air blowing into the closet because of the crappy job that was done with sealing and taping up the unit at the connection points. Not only that, mold began to grow and we’ve had to deal with that. They destroyed the Sheetrock leading into the attic by removing the old unit and/or installing the new one. They did not fix or replace the Sheetrock.. The outside condensation drip line was not extended so the water would drain away from the foundation. Which by the picture you can see that it’s running straight down the brick. Lastly, the hole they drilled into the side of the gable they did not weather proof it by sealing it up. It’s like they did just enough to get paid and not enough to be thorough ensuring the job was done right. I have personally used them in the past at my own house and that was the reason I even recommended them to my mother in law but that was on a simple blower fan replacement. I didn’t know they couldn’t do a full unit replacement and ensure that everything looked the way it did before they came out. Can’t believe they’d do this to an elderly woman who didn’t know what to look for and who also took them at their word when they said they were finished. Hire a 3rd party inspector to go behind them and ensure that what they do is up to code. Take pictures of before and after, and make them repair your house the way it was before they came. We've had to move in with my mother in law because she has ALS and we are finding out just how bad of a job that they did. As of 4/24 I reached back out to you, explaining the circumstances and the issues with the above post. I was told that the manager would reach out to me and have not since heard anything back.
