The owners were so sweet and accommodating. I was super impressed with the cottages , they were updated, super clean, and really cozy. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Located on the lake with a dock.. perfect little getaway... even had a full kitchen community room with a pool table!! Totally a diamond in the ruff. Definitely will stay here again.

What a hidden gem in the Sebring area! So quiet, with beautiful lake views. Cozy rooms with stunning bathrooms. Everyone is incredibly nice. The communal kitchen and lounge area was amazing for the 6 of us to hang out and cook dinner together. Highly recommend 10/10!! I will absolutely be back!

The owners are very nice! It is a great place to stay if you like peace. The rooms are cute, clean and have everything that you need to feel comfortable and happy for vacations, or work trips. The ease of parking to me is one of the motels best attributes! You park right in front of your door! Very nice small town with very nice people.

I was only a visitor at this place. My mother (from Tx) called here after I recommended them and was told it'd be over $600/wk. My mother and father in law stayed in the back (lakeside) room. It had 2 beds, a coffee maker, a mini fridge, etc. The bathroom was 1/2 the room. If you are any bit claustrophobic I would not recommend this place. However, the room also came w/ a table, 2 chairs, a bucket (in case you smoke) and a covered grill. They also had fishing poles and lake toys you could us at your own risk. The shower IS amazing!!

These rooms are excellent for just 1 or 2 travelers. Very clean, bed was very comfortable, and the owner or manager (whoever i was messaging with) was very responsive and helpful. I needed an extra day after i already checked out and it was the easiest thing to just message and let him know...was able to return that night with no access issues. This was my 2nd time here and i will 100% continue to use them any time i am visiting the area

We loved these little cottages! Great experiences with reservation and also when checking in. Laid back kind of style. Such a cute community setting on a lake. Our cottage was on the lakeside and we had a great view from our patio. Patios have table and chairs and are equipped with a gas grill. Cottages are very clean and well appointed. Bed was comfortable. Gorgeous walk-in shower. Daily housekeeping was efficient and AMAZINGLY attentive (we were in our cottage a lot but when we'd leave, we'd come back to made beds, fresh towels, etc. And we never saw them the entire 3 night stay). Great proximity to the Nucor Steel Florida mill, which is what brought us to town. Also, many great restaurant options nearby. We tried Dutchers Diner, Wild Turkey Tavern, Cowpoke's Watering Hole, and our favorite Faded Bistro & Beer Garden.

Beautiful cottages, great customer service! Rooms are very clean and beautifully decorated. Staff is awesome ! Rec room has fully equipped kitchen and tons of games ! Lake is beautiful ! We will be back !

My wife is in a wheelchair and the handicap room is very nice and conveniently designed
