My HVAC unit was doing fine, but my crawl space duct work was a disaster. As part of a multi-year house updating plan, I decided it was time to consider replacing the duct/venting work and possibly replace my 12 year old dual electric/gas HVAC system. I interviewed 3 companies and obtained two separate quotes from each company. 1st quote was for removal of old duct work and install of new duct work. 2nd quote was for a complete new system implementation, removal of old duct work, and installation of new duct work. Huneycutt HVAC sent Josh over to complete an assessment and provide me with a quote. Huneycutt was the only company that recommended changes to how the duct work was laid out to prevent similar issues that I was having with the original setup. Josh was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Once I accepted the quote, I was immediately provided installation date options. Prior to the scheduled install day, I received a reminder. On the day of installation, we reviewed again the implementation plan that was planned out for 2 days. The duct work removal and replacement on day 1 and the new system installation & new thermostat installed on day 2. Josh kept me updated on progress, and every team member I interacted with was kind and helpful. When the crew was done on the last day, there was zero debris or trash left in my yard. I am so glad I selected Huneycutt HVAC to complete this work. I highly recommend! Update: Be sure to stay up to date with the Duke Energy Rebate requirements, they changed from 15 SEER to 16 SEER on 01/01/2023. Knowing this information will avoid your rebate being kicked back for being invalid.

Every person I worked with from this company from a service technician, sales person & installer was excellent.  Installers worked till 7:30 pm on the second day so I could have air on one of the hottest days.  They cleaned up after themselves & left no trash behind..  I would highly recommend this company.  Being on time is important to me & they were also on time.  A company is only as good as their employees & Huneycutt has some excellent ones.  System working great so far & plan to use them for any HVAC  service needs in the future.  Thank you Huneycutt Heating & Cooling!

After recieving 3 different quotes trying to get an honesty diagnosic on my furnace. I was told that it needed a full replacement. Huneycutt was my final try. And l am so glad l called them. I had great experience with HuneyCutt. Wes was great in diagnosing the real issue with our AC not working. While other companies said its a compressor issue (costing $3k to replace) , Wes identified it was actually faulty breaker. Replaced the breaker in $20 and it’s running great since then. After our heat went out Josh helped relieve some of the stress by being so knowledgeable and considerate throughout the financing process of buying a new HVAC. A few days later, our new HVAC was put in by Danny and Jonny. They were very nice and hard working. Altogether they were a wonderful crew that came together to give us quality customer care and treated us like friends the entire time. Definitely reccomend this company if you have any HVAC issues!
