If I could put zero starts for the service I would. This waiter just beyond believe … we ordered drinks . And time between drunk and ordering food took us 40-50min. 4 times this waiter run along us to the counter with and didn’t even looked at us , we were stopping her and she was promising she gonna come to take an order and never happened. We came for our anniversary and all atmosphere was ruined …absolutely. No care about customers. Only one good thing food was good but waited 1,5-2 hours for it

I will admit being concerned with the reviews before our reservations, but we were all pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed the Iberico pork chops, seabass and Kona lobster, which actual was Maine lobster farm raised on Kona. The sides were adequate, but not special, so I won't mention them here. Service was timed well, pleasant and with performed with confidence. I think they are figuring it out...

Breathtaking sunset view with delectable food offerings. Very attentive waitstaff who are kind and ensure that if you are celebrating something, they are too.

First I have to say Karen was an amazing server. Even with all the errors occurring with the food she was adamant to provide the best customer service. So 5/5 for her! Now onto the food. 1/5. I ordered the Filet and had it medium rare. I had to send it back several times and even then they still didn't cook it right. I noticed that the plate was burning hot so I can only assume that they microwaved my meat which is a big no-no for me. If the food was as amazing as Karen this place would be a 5/5. Sadly only customer service was on point that empty night.

Super cool spot! We got drinks on the bar and the bar has an aquarium as the base! The drinks were 4/5 - we tried the mai tai and guava martini and they were good but not exceptional. Will go back again for food. Service was good. Ton of vegetarian food options too.

Do you want gorgeous surroundings and a beautiful view? We were here at sunset and it was gorgeous. The sunset alone was worth a fair portion of the cost. Do you want fantastic food and amazing service at a fair price? Better look elsewhere. The food was good, even very good, but the service was average and the high-toned atmosphere a bit off-putting for this hick from Idaho. Then there was access - it’s a 7-10 minute hike from where our ride left us off to the restaurant and we literally got lost trying to get back for our pick-up. Signage is poor and directions from staff less than helpful. I’m not sorry we went, but if I get back to Maui, I won’t make a return visit. If you want it all, in a Fish House, try Mama’s!

Like this cute ancient Hawaiian style house and airy space, right next to the beach so very accessible to beautiful landscape for most of the seats. Food is average for its price but I really like the purple yum bread which is very special. Food portion is a bit small but side is a bit large than expected.

Terribly disappointed. The Premier Restaurant (?) From waiting at the hostess station for far too long, considering there were very few patrons, to the HORRIBLE repetitive “beat” music. Horrible! Nothing says classless more than this. The Dungeness Crab salad was good. The Crab cake was only fair. My husband’s Swordfish was good. The whiskey cocktail was watered down to a point of being tasteless. The wine menu was odd. No sweet red wine? Our waiter Ken and our server were wonderful in spite of the mediocrity of the entire experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Management, you desperately need some serious professional intervention.
