Delivery oder. Wasn't expecting much, but omg!
I ate my wild fries first and it wasn't anything earth shattering but was great for someone craving some fries as it also has a lot of fiber packed in to slow down my carb absorption which I know will keep my sugar levels from spiking. The eggplant was surprisingly good. It's not overly chewy nor very soft baked. It's just right and has a nice grilled aroma. The jalapeños are not raw and are cooked. I didn't find them to be super spicy. Also, they have some crunchy chickpeas thrown in, which were nice.
The flavors are so rich and well blended in my custom bowl order as well. Mind you, this was a delivery order as well. Now this bowl was a super surprise to me as I am an avid Cava fan and so was not expect something on par or even better than them. This bowl has trumped my cava order in terms of flavor! Since our first delivery order, we made it a point to stop by on one of our trips. It is a nice little shop with a few tables to eat in with your order. Not a place for a group gathering. If you order falafel balls, they serve them up nice and warm so they are delicious! They also have a small assortment of fresh juices as well.
This place is vegetarian nirvana if you're looking for a healthy filling meal that won't spike your carbs/sugars as much and actually tastes delicious! Def recommend stopping in if you're ever in the area.
The food was good but expensive for what we ordered.
The staff made us feel like we entered the store 5 minutes after closing (we didn't) with their lack of friendliness and complete lack of charm.

On the evening that we visited, all the other cafes and restaurants were packed and vibrant, but this one was empty and we wondered why it was empty, until we ordered and then knew why.
I hope you hire some friendlier staff and turn it around.
I recently visited Hummus Republic and was blown away by the incredible food and atmosphere. The restaurant offers a wide variety of Mediterranean dishes, including delicious and creamy hummus, crispy falafel, and fresh salads. The ingredients were of high quality, and you could taste the freshness in every bite.
The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure that every customer was satisfied with their meal. Overall, I highly recommend Hummus Republic to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience.

We got the falafel bowl and the vegan falafel burger and were super happy with this decision! The falafel burger was super flavorful and the sweet potato fries were crispy and delicious! One thing I will say is the pita chips were not cooked enough and some of the pieces were straight pita bread. Maybe need a longer toast time for those

Nice place for quick lunch or for a dinner with a views. We sat by the bay windows for lunch and got great views of the busy street. Food was freshly made and perfectly balanced healthy tasty food. Sweet potatoes fries were hot and crispy. Falafel was really nicely fired and crispy too.

Went here two nights in a row. Food is amazing! I got a bowl both times. The dolmas are very good and you get a pita with the bowl along with lots of toppings. Service is great. Food is even better. You have to try the lemonades especially turmeric and cucumber jalapeño! Unreal! Great addition to Morristown
Meh. I have still yet to find decent Middle Eastern food in Morris County. I grew up eating Middle Eastern food, from Lebanese, to Israeli, to Turkish, Syrian, etc. maybe I have too high expectations.
I ordered a catered office lunch. Got chicken Shawarma and falafel wrap sampler‘s as well as a appetizer platter. Falafel was not fresh and dry. Hummus was dry and pasty. Where’s toum (garlic sauce?) or hot sauce? Ugh. They were prompt with delivery and it’s okay. Nothing special. For now will continue to travel to NYC or Paterson
