Do research computers are not worth prices they charge. Very disappointed with quality of laptop and price. I didn’t do enough research and assumed I was getting the best deal for a refurbished MacBook for my daughter who has been begging for a laptop for years. I assumed because it was part of the affordability program prices would be a savings over anything I would find online. However, I was told by multiple reputable sources including two Apple employees that I was ripped off and overcharged. Hopefully I will have no trouble returning and putting funding toward something else.
First let me thank Stephanie for being very professional and still allowing me the chance to receive a free laptop. After installing internet she informed me that I qualified for the laptop. My own insecurities and having no Patience led me to believe it was a scam. But I'm here to say that it's definitely not a scam. This company and the people who who work there r very professional. Thank u Stephanie for getting my new year off to a great start. This company is a true blessing to myself and our community. Human I-T you r one of a kind.
This company has the worst customer service. I had to cancel my order because the excessive and unnecessary amount of requirements. There service is simply awful.
They're doing such great work for the communities. They'll take your e-waste and turns it into something useful. Also helped numerous low income household to obtain internet for free or low costs.

Disorganized mess! The laptop I have is destroyed. I don't even want to bother getting a replacement.
I have tried to get a refund and have never received proper help, despite making several attempts via the phone and email they provided. They never seemed particularly enthusiastic about providing help regarding this issue either. The implications are pretty clear.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I went in to return a computer (I bought the wrong model) and they assisted me and even offered a discount for the model. Would recommend.
