Huey is my go to for quick and tasty tenders. A brief phone order, 10 minutes wait and I'm typically greeted by friendly and welcoming staff when I enter to collect my tenders. The tenders are consistently tasty and just the right size. Also love their fries. Sadly the portion has reduced in time. If you are in the area and feeling for tenders, give them a visit.

I have been coming to this Huey Magoos‘s location for quite some time now. I normally come in the mid afternoon but on the 17th I decided to come a little bit earlier as they first opened up because I was craving chicken early in the morning. As I entered the restaurant, I was greeted by a very lovely young lady, who is always there when I come to the restaurant and always very pleasant with the customers. There was another African-American woman wearing a red shirt who was upfront helping with the bagging of food. As I was waiting for my food I overheard an altercation between the lady in the red shirt and a guy in the back (he was bearded with glasses). I couldnt help but to overhear there exchange of words since the restaurant was silent as they just open up and didn’t have much people there that early. As I was listening, the lady in the red shirt, who I’m assuming is a manager, asked the bearded guy if he can correct an order that was placed on the counter. I couldn’t hear much of what the guy was mumbling, but I saw the attitude in his face and from there he started arguing and cursing and showing that he really didn’t care what the manager was asking him to do. All I kept hearing was a lot of cursing from that man’s mouth and the manager decided to go to the back to find out why he was acting the way that he was acting. I heard the manager telling the worker that if he didn’t want to work, he can clock out and go home. This man from the looks of it does not seem like a very friendly person. I had no idea that coming into this restaurant and to witness something so early in the morning is just crazy. I’m not sure if he got off on the wrong side of the bed. I feel bad for the manager lady, and also for the cashier and the other workers that was in the back to have to work around people like that man. He really needs some anger management training. Anyhow, other than that this is one of my favorite spot for a quick lunch and I’m not gonna let this stop me from coming. It’s been a couple of days since I’ve been to Huey’s . I decided to do this review because I was supposed to do it the same day and finally had a chance. I hope everything worked out since that day.

I was about to travel New York, when I get a phone call from my nephew. Please bring me Huey’s magoos! Didn’t have much time to plan, but I call to place an order for 30 tenders. To my surprise Debbie went above and beyond to help me with this order. Not only making it happen on short notice, she even suggested how to properly package it for my trip. Good for Huey’s for hiring an employee that goes above and beyond for customers. Debbie is definitely an asset to your establishment. Great customer service, friendly and personable. Five stars!!!

Me and my fiance split a 7 tender meal and that was a more than solid enough portion for two people. Service was fast, we got half honey and half buffalo sauced tenders, the price is just about expected too. It's easily way better than Canes, maybe just as good as Zaxby's or almost as good.

1st time here really good chicken Joshua gave me a recommendation and wow!! the lemon pepper flavor was great! . I like also that the Manager Brian came out asking how everyone was very nice!

Online orders are consistently late, today it was 35 minutes, other times could be 1 hour. If I didn’t complain I would have probably waited more. Why promise 25 min pickup when it will really be at least twice?…manager trying to keep it under some unrealistic corporate goal?…

I have been coming to this Huey Magoos location for a few years now, and the environment and staff is always great. I come here with my family (husband and 2 kids), 1-2 times per week and we are always treated nicely, my kids know some of the staff by name as they are always friendly and quick to offer them apples as a treat for eating their meals. Today I encountered a different aspect here by an employee that I have never seen before in this location, she was a heavy set African American woman who was being excessively rude to the staff working in the back of the house, screaming angrily and even dropping F bombs, but the worst part of it is that she’s the supposed manager. It is unfortunate to have experienced this type of behavior in this location as my kids love coming here but if this is the type of personel now being employed here I will have to rethink continuing our family hangout of a quick meal here. I truly pray this young lady can receive some well needed training so she does not taint or run away the great staff, good food and nice environment this place is well known for.

Love this place the tenders are so good. So many different flavors to choose from. The Texas toast is my favorite. Don’t forget to try the blue lemonade it’s tart but good. Flavor in the photo: Sweet heat
