Service was fast. Very helpful staff. I missed my appointment and they scheduled another one for the next day. Very courteous and professional staff. They have the latest technology.

Clean, quiet, receptionist was very helpful. MRI Tech made me feel very comfortable before entering the chamber. The music helped out a lot put me right to sleep.

Total time for my mammo was 40 minutes, including the 10 minutes I allowed for paperwork. Everyone was efficient and professional, couldn't ask for more. Get yours today! Online scheduling was super easy and convenient, too. Oh, but it is a little annoying that they called twice to remind me it was time to get it. I guess it's worth it though, who knows, they could be saving lives!

With the exception of several times, not getting complete instructions before getting tests done. Everything else has been perfect. I have an excellent rapport with the ultrasound technician named Renee. She has done several tests on me in the past and is always thorough. When I had to go in for a thyroid biopsy back in March, I had to have it repeated again because the doctor didn't get enough tissue the first time so that kind of annoyed me. Other than that, I haven't had any other unpleasant experiences at this location.

I just had a CT done here, and I got to say it was the best experience ever. Everyone was so polite and friendly!! My tech was the best. She took the time to explain the process and everything that went with it. I left there confident and sure that I chose the right place to have my imaging done. I highly recommend this facility to anyone. If I could give it a 10 stars I would. Thank you Hudson valley radiology of Newburgh for the best experience!!!

The Newburgh office is a delight. Always nice and professional however to make an appointment was horrifying. I am very computer savvy and still had such a hard time just to make and appointment. I know computers are the wave of the future but if someone just wants to talk to an actual person to change an appointment time it was impossible. Took me over 20 minutes. Additionally when I initially made the appointment I couldn’t get the website to change the location. Now as I said above I’m computer savvy and I couldn’t do it. I would hate to be a senior because they would just give up. I did give up and I ended up driving to the office myself to make the initial appointment. That’s just crazy! I wish I could give 1 star for the appointment process and 5 stars for the actual office so with that being said that’s why I gave a 4 star review

The mammogram tech was fantastic, some of the front office staff not so much. They messed up my appointment so now I have to go back for my other test that they neglected to set up with the mammogram. The one lady in the front was less than helpful about it. They all seemed too busy gossiping about patients and how unhappy they were with their jobs. Right in front of patients! I don’t know I’ve been going to this office for years when it was Orange Radiology and never had any issues. Do better Hudson Radiology.

The last time I was there I was so disappointed. Staff used to be friendly and helpful. This time I had an MRI tech who acted like I was bothering him. I had 2 back to back MRI's. In between them the tech asked if I wanted to take a break between them. I did want to stand up for a minute but he didn't wait for my answer & just restarted it. Then, he left and never mentioned that someone else would be there when I came out. How rude! The man had a definite attitude and made me feel like I was bothering him. Usually the front desk people are pleasant & friendly, they were not this time. Everyone had sour faces and were curt with me. I walked in with a smile on my face & left without one & feeling like I was a bother. I'm done with that office and will not go back.
