Huddle House - American restaurant in Middleburg - 4094 Co Rd 218, USA

I didn’t go in. I ordered delivery Food wasn’t bad, I like my bacon crunchy though. Other than that everything was good. I love breakfast food 👍🏻

My first time at a Huddle House. Got the MVP breakfast minus the biscuit. It was incredibly fresh and tasted home made. Eggs, bacon and pancakes cooked like I like them. A great breakfast.

Server ringing up orders was very rude and rushing customers. When I got home with my order it was not only old but over cooked cold and tasted terrible. I spent 40 dollars and ate just the appetizer tht I order on a separate ticket. The burger was burnt n paper thin the mushrooms weren't cooked they put American cheese instead of Swiss the fries were rubbery like they had sat out for hours and my cheese sticks didn't even seem to b cooked. My partners meal came with max n cheese n mashed potatoes both looked as if they were taken off of someone's plate and barely filled the to go bowl half way..I've eaten at this lo action for years and this was the worst experience I've ever had. Prob won't order from here again. Tried to call and advise of what happened but the phone was shut off by workers b4 730 pm wich is why I ordered to go. I called next day and waitress hung up on me twice.

As I was just getting over the virus, we ordered pick up. When I arrived the waitress said I had to go in and pick up my food. I told her I had the virus and didn’t want to expose anyone. She was very rude. Waitresses need to understand that, sometimes there are very special circumstances For the reason that we have to pick up our food from the curb. We realize she was very busy but she could’ve been polite

I made an online order for my son, who just finished boot camp and all he wanted was an omelette and a waffle. The “free waffle Wednesday” was not an option online, so I called the store and Amber answered. I told her my story; and that I couldn’t pick it up because I broke my back a month ago and wanted to give my son what he’s been wanting while in basic training. We have been loyal customers for over 15 years and for Amber to say “no, I can’t do that…there’s no manager here now…thanks, bye.” And to hang up like that? I can’t even begin to explain how furious I am; but I will begin with - my family never stepping foot into your establishment ever again AND by sending my story viral; all over a waffle for a young man that’s going to serve our country?! It’s pathetic and sad.

Such a shame that a place i used to go to all the time has gone so far downhill. Went into get something to eat, place was empty at the time, other than one other table. Was told i had to find the cleanest table i could because all of them were dirty. Sat in booth for literally 21 minutes as the only server was busy talking to the table like she had no care in the world. When she finally did come over to take my order the cook couldnt even be found to make it so she had to. I'm not coming back and will tell everyone that asks me about this place not to go. Such a shame.

Everything was great, except the toast was a little charred.

The kids would give the pancakes a 10/10 everytime! The service is always fantastic, quick, and delicious. Brandy has served us multiplie times and it's always a pleasure. Last visit was 12/29.
