Huddle House - American restaurant in Arab - 759 N Brindlee Mountain Pkwy, USA

Great little place for comfort food 24/7. We sat at the bar which was lots of fun to watch all of the staff while they were working on the meals. All the wait staff was extremely kind and helpful. There is handicap parking and a handicap bathroom here. The food was made fresh to order which is what we love!

Usually love this place. Food normally good and staff friendly. However, 5 of us went after Wed. night church on Nov. 1. Outside lights and sign were not on. At first I was not sure they were open. One ordered water that was never brought. (They were not busy). I ordered coffee and although we waited a long time for our food and cup emptied, it was not refilled. Only 3 of our 5 customers had silverware and we had to ask for enough. A lady with me saw a roach crawl from under the frig. When food finally arrived hashbrowns were not cooked in the center and tasted bad. Jelly was not offered and we had to ask. Asked for refill of coffee (decaf for second cup) and it tasted burnt (not drinkable). Not once were we checked on! It had turned cold outside and it was really cold in the building. At the register, nobody seemed to know how to work it. The man in front of us was using a card and had a hard time paying. I paid cash w/coupon and it took 5 min. for her to figure it out. What's up, guys? It was a bad experience.

Breakfast was great this morning and for such a busy house my food came out quick!

The food was great. The service was less than desirable. I was pretty much ignored. She never came back to see how I was doing or ask if I needed anything. How sad when you're in the people business.

Always consistently good food. And service is always courteous, friendly, and kind. You won't see the bottom of your cup unless you say no to refills. I always ask for an extra crispy waffle, and they serve one of the better ones around here. Keep up the good work folks, we appreciate your hard work serving the community!

This cost me 7 dollars total. Unacceptable measly amount of food. Will not be back.

It may take a few to get your food but everyone there is always so nice and the food is great! My 7 yr old has chose to come here for her birthday the last 2 yrs!

Today is Thanksgiving 🦃 we went to huddle house Arab haven't been there n years the young man working grill did a exceptional job best I ever had we will surely be back in I hope he is the cook again . Freeman Allen Arab Alabama.
