Huddle House - American restaurant in Asheboro - 731 W Dixie Dr, USA

I haven't had Huddle House in over 20 years. My son picked to go there for breakfast today. We sat and waited a good 15 minutes before a waitress came. She was very blah when she did come. We ordered the MVP breakfasts. The food was excellent! Everything was hot and fresh. I would definitely return for the food, not so much for the service. My son was very happy with his choice!

Had breakfast with family today at Huddle House and our experience was just ok. We waited more then 25 minutes to receive the food, hash browns were over cooked, we ordered 2 eggs sunny side up which came burnt from the sides also, flies were keep on bothering us... apart from that, Our waitress was very nice, plenty of sitting area & the price was reasonable.

We had breakfast and the hashbrowns were so over cooked like a rock. The bacon was cold as was the gravy. My husband ordered a sausage and cheese omlet but got scrambled eggs with cheese in them and a sausage pattie underneath the egg. This was are third time there and will not go back.

They have quite a few things with chicken they have a good chicken sandwich but I asked him to take the bread off and got hash browns and medley with it with brown gravy it was very good the cook did very good the waitress was very good too she took my order and explained it to the Cook they ran out of mashed potatoes so my brother got a different kind of potato with green beans and some kind of steak the cook did very good she made everything perfectly and the waitress explained everything to do cook very good also it cost a little more but that was all right cuz the food was very very good we don't have much money but we took the cook $5 and we took the waitress $5 if the cook is cooking your food very good for you give the cook some money also even if you have to split the waitresses money but Huddle House is very good we've gone there for years

Placed order. 5 minutes later, the waitress says, "The cook had to leave to pick up another employee, so do you want to wait until he gets back or cancel your order"? I asked " Are you saying there's no cook here now"? "Correct," she responds. "Well, how far away is the employee that the cook is going to get? 5 minutes, 10? 30? She relied, "I don't know." I said, "Then cancel my order." Not the waitresses fault. Couple minutes pass. Waitress comes back and says "The cook is back. Should I put your order in after all?" I did. This is That Kind of Huddle House.

My fiance & I walked in from going to the Asheboro zoo & i was looking & thought heyy this looks like Waffle House! I also loved the words on the walls & whatnot! The service was wonderful! If youre on a budget id recommend their 5.99 value combo menu! Might have to ask for it because its not on their original menu

Om gosh, normally I take pictures, bc I've eaten at Huddle House several times, I didn't. But the waitress(sorry, I don't remember her name)with the braids (height probably 4'9 to 5'2, black young lady she had exceptional customer service. They were busy Saturday morning breakfast; she greeted everyone, advised them which end had available seats, brought out the menu's, took your order with respect and patience. What this 🌎 world NEEDS NOW! SHE NEEDS TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING TO COMPANIES ALL OVER THE WORLD!!!! If this location wasn't an 1hr + outside of Charlotte, I would go all of the time( Bc of her, the food and the prices).
