Food was great! Staff was friendly! Our server, Autumn, was hands down the best. Very attentive and made sure everything was right!! Will be coming back and asking for her! I have no complaints about anything!!
We decided to eat at the guntersville location for lunch. The service was great. Our server was very friendly, kept our drinks filled and our food came out very quickly. We actually finished a lot sooner than we had planned which gave us time to commute to Huntsville without being in a rush. There was plenty of seating, and the restaurant was very clean. The food was cooked exactly how we ordered it and was very delicious. Great experience from start to finish.
We had a party of 6 and we were well taken care of and our food was correct and hot and very good this time. Everyone enjoyed their meals and the drinks were never empty. The table was clean and the attitudes of the staff was excellent this morning. We enjoyed our morning. Thank u Huddle House of Guntersville !
We only saw 2 employees, the cook & 1 waitress, who I heard comment, it was supposed to be her day off. The food & service was great. They did a better job than a full crew. They helped each other to make sure the customers were well served.
What an Excellent dining experience. We have been to so many places where if you come in close to time for them to close you are treated like an outcast. NOT HERE. Everyome here seems like friends and famoly and they treat you the same. Food was perfect in everyway and service was above and beyond!!! Couldnt have been happier!
We live in Albertville and pass up Albertville huddle house to come to this one. The food is usually always good and we like the atmosphere. However, if you go here and your servers name is Autumn, ask for someone different. She’s more concerned with gossiping and standing around rather than taking care of her customers. She seems like she genuinely has no interest in doing her job, rather she only cares about running to the back for a smoke break. Do better.
Restaurant is dirty needs spring cleaning. Too much personal chatter out loud between the servers. Waiting a table is super easy. Take the order keep the drinks filled wth?????
Our meal was very disappointing. Forgot the cheese on the hashbrowns. When we asked to fix they just put 2 slices of cheese on them. Didn't even try to melt it. The cheese was ice cold. The hot honey wasn't even on my chicken sandwich it was just pored on the plate.

The Guntersville Waffle House is one of the better locations Iâve been to. The staff were friendly and the food came out fast and cooked just right. I would definitely recommend eating here.
