Great gem in a small town! I was surprised how nice the decor is, just has a lovely feel. I went with my fiancé and to my surprise, we sat right next to the fireplace. It was wonderful! I had the classic burger. It was better than great, I ordered it medium, and it was cooked to a true medium. Had a great grill taste to it, exactly what I was looking for. I felt like it was hefty, 8oz or so. It definitely filled me up. The bun was termendously good along with all the toppings. But the bun was about the best burger bun I have ever had. This tells me they know what they are doing and that everything on the menu is probably terrific. I will be back to try the fish and chips, the cheesesteaks, and the Reuben. Thanks, Hublersburg Inn, for the great service, feel, and food!

Crab chips as an appetizer was a perfect starter. My wife had the salmon, and I had the mushroom burger. Waitress was very pleasant and attentive. It is absolutely worth the drive and will be back.

We started with the Sweet & Spicy Cauliflower. Superb! Crunchy, tangy, spicy and sweet. What a great starter! I ordered the Hubie Burger, Sandy ordered the Reuben, both accompanied with hand-cut fries. Sandy was pleased to note that her Reuben was among the best she's had everywhere. Reubens are her staple gauge for new locations, just as wings or burgers are for me. My "Hubie" was made to order, medium rare. Juicy, huge and something 'bout that secret sauce. Yum! Needless to say, we won't wait so long to come back.

Always a delicious brunch. Great "breakfast booze" menu with multiple flavors/variations of mimosas and bloody Mary's. Service was great as usual. This round I went with the Mediterranean Bennie and my mom had the B.E.L.T. The Bennie was out of this world, perfectly cooked and my mom enjoyed her sandwich as well. Potatoes were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, as they should be. I've previously had the pancakes and can recommend those as well. I had the apple Creme Brulee for dessert (not pictured) which was seasonally divine! Don't walk, run in for brunch!

Had wings and a cheesesteak made to go while my son an I had a drink before he left to graduate college. I had the not your mommas margarita, 1st it was absolutely beautiful 2nd very holiday feel..spiced cedar vibe and was good but not my flavor profile but good an strong. He had an Ipa draft and said he'd order it again. Service was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable.. it was 8ish sat. Evening and very busy and loud, full bar but our food was ready quickly despite the crowd. Very chic welcoming decor and beautiful building

My husband and I have been coming here since it opened. Throughout the years the quality of food has slowly declined. It has been a few years since we last tried and several people told us that the food was good. We thought we would give it one more try for my daughter's birthday dinner. I wished we went somewhere else. The waitress did not wait to see if any other appetizers needed to be ordered after I ordered the German pretzel. I said German pretzel and she was off. Then when I wanted to substitute turkey breast meat for corned beef in the Reuben sandwich. She said they couldn't do that. I asked why since they made a sandwich with roasted turkey breast. She gave me slight attitude and said she would ask the kitchen. She later came back and said "we don't have a Rachel on our menu and that is why I said we couldn't do that but the kitchen will do it today". What does it matter what I substitute out? They have other substitutions options on the menu why couldn't I do that? What if it was an allergy issue? Would I get attitude then? So the food comes and my sweet potato fries were cold and over salted and the honey sauce it comes with is disgusting. My son's chicken tenders were inedible because they were over fries and burnt and dry. The sauce that came on my daughter's salmon did not go with salmon and the fish didn't taste fresh. Finally, my husband's Hubie burger was bland. Salt and pepper is all it needed. We didn't want to send anything back because she already gave us attitude and did not want further retaliation. On the positive, we got our drinks and the appetizer quickly and my " Reuben", aka Rachel, was delicious. They should add the Rachel as an option on the menu. The German pretzel with dipping sauces (cheese and horseradish mustard) was good as well. The atmosphere is cute and cozy, but very loud. In short, I don't know why Hublersburg Inn has such high ratings. We will not be coming here again.

We had a group of 11. Everyone's food order was delicious. I had liver and onions. They were served with the creamiest mashed potatoes. My husband said the boneless wings were the best he's ever had. The salads looked yummy. I also enjoyed a brownie sundae.

Excellent food, great service in a nicely restored historic atmosphere. Reservations strongly recommended. I had pasta with mushroom creme sauce, which was 10/10. My companion had salmon which was also prepared to perfection.
