The Hub is one of the few places where the management cares about resident experience. Whether it's quick maintenance work, organizing community events or answering leasing questions, the management team is always on top of things. Tim from maintenance has been super helpful these past few months fixing problems with smoke detectors, hot tubs etc. asap. Bonus points for having a hot tub and coffee shop - conveniences you wouldn't find in other places for the same or higher rent! The walls are a little too thin though. I can always hear people upstairs/roommates even if they aren't being too loud.

I have lived here for two years and have had a few maintenance issues but whenever submitted maintenance reports to the office I got help right away. One of the best people I’ve gotten help from is Makayla, she’s been such a sweetheart and always trying to help as much as she can whenever I’ve had any problems. She’s always friendly and greets everyone with a big smile. Also enjoy all the events and coffee promos throughout the school year! It’s always exciting to see what new activities and events are going on at the hub!

The location and amenities of the Hub are unbeatable. Very nice gym, pool, and study spaces. The staff and maintenance are always so nice and always willing to help. The walls are a little thin but besides that everything makes it worth it to live here!

I wouldn't recommend living here. The amenities are broken, walls are thin, the garage is poorly designed, and they've used cheap construction materials. The worst part is the management. Most of the front desk staff are rude and unhelpful. Dealing with them regarding lease or apartment issues is always a headache. They seem like college kids just killing time. The Hub isn't worth the money. They are too greedy. They take advantage of us college students, charging unreasonable fees when you move out, which is against the state law. You'd likely regret living here; Union or Retreat would be better choices.

My wife and I moved our daughter into The Hub early this week as a new mid-year transfer student into VT and could not be more pleased with the assistance provided by the front desk team, more specifically Michaela. Her hospitality and guidance was exceptional and she is definitely an outstanding ambassador for The Hub. Thank you!

Service Tech - Mikey Awesome maintenance staff! They’re always so nice and quick to respond to our issues. Mikey sees us most often and always fixes the issue right away. He even explains to us why the issue is occurring, and how we can fix it in the future, if applicable.

Avoid this place. They charge ridiculously high rent yet the building is made of cheap materials, has extremely thin walls, and is blatantly low quality. They pay people to leave good reviews and make their employees leave good reviews as well. No matter how clean your unit is after moving out they will charge you a cleaning fee along with a list of other fees that they will not let you dispute. The parking deck is downright dangerous with no mirrors to check for oncoming vehicles and people. If there are any issues with your unit it will take at least a month for maintenance to even look at it. The amenities are cheap as well and were unusable for an entire year yet they did not offer compensation. It is far from campus compared to other apartment complexes. The hallways are soulless and feel very corporate and empty. Expect long walks from the parking deck to your room and a confusing room numbering system for visitors. Considering the amount of revenue this property is bringing in from its tenants, it’s a mystery why they refuse to improve the property. Hint: $$$

Great maintenance workers, always super kind and really quick to help us in times of need. Mikey is a favorite of mine, he always tells us the problem and will give good description about how to fix the problem the next time it happens if we can do it ourselves! Man deserves a raise!!
