Updated review: It is evident that the owners at this establishment have taken to heart the constructive criticisms they received. The change in staff and procedures has clearly made a positive impact. Everything is clean and well stocked, and the freshness shows in the food brought out. The new food options are flavorful and filling. I recommend the Sonoma Roasted Turkey Bowl and the Spiced Pumpkin Oat Cookie. Finally, the manager, Leslie, has taken a hands-on approach to interacting with customers, and her positive energy adds an extra nice touch to the visit. Previous review: I was, unfortunately, really disappointed with this place. The food is pricey because it it supposed to be "fresh" food, but the food I was given showed otherwise. I ordered the southwest wrap, and the greens that were inside looked as though they came from a bag that was about to expire. They also put a vinaigrette on my wrap, which was not listed as an ingredient. I also ordered a side of fruit, and the strawberries were browning and tasted like mold would sprout in the next day or so. The drink options are very limited and overpriced. The only thing I liked about this place was the staff member that helped us place our order. She was kind and helpful. I understand why this place is always virtually empty.

Update: the manager here, not sure if it’s a woman or man , continues to get my order wrong. Last time my order was wrong “they” told me to be happy I was getting free food for the error. I order here 3 to 4 times in week, I’m not here for free food. I don’t need the money, I need my order correct. I am here now and he or she purposely chose not to put my sweet potato fries in the bag. Luckily I checked my food this time. I will be letting corporate know about this behavior. It’s petty and unacceptable. While I enjoy the food here, the customer service is terrible. My order is often wrong and they want a “tip” given for being at the register. Every little thing is an upcharge to the customer but you want us to leave a 20% tip (as suggested on the kiosk). I ordered a salad and clearly the one container that’s not even full wouldn’t cover half this salad. When I explained that and asked for another I was told it would be “$2.16”. Are you kidding me? If the salad came with 2 dressings and a person wanted a third then maybe I could understand. Look at the container of dressing and you tell me if the consumer should be charged for another.

This food is so good and the service is probably the best in houston. I’ve been to this places on quite a few occasions. The food is always very fresh and flavorful. I ordered the shrimp tacos and sweet potatoes fries. With the tacos an order comes with 3 soft tacos (each taco has 2 shrimp but they’re big enough for the taco). The entree comes with either chips and salads or fruit. I opted for sweet potato fries and these fries were the best I’ve ever had. Even once they became cold they were still delightful. I ordered wine on tap which was also very good and the perfect temperature. There are a variety of options to choose from and no matter what— you will not be disappointed. Because this place is located in a strip there’s plenty of parking.

Cozy, healthy and great service. A Must for nearby locals with good taste and limited time for a meal.

THE BEST salsa I have ever had, hands down! Very good food, healthy and filling and very tasty. Really juicy shrimp in the green curry. We were a bit disappointed in the morning, as we came for breakfast only to find out once we got there, it's takeaway until 10.45am. On Google it says 'open'. Nonetheless we came back for lunch. Very happy with the amount of gluten free options.

The Mediterranean wrap made vegan with tofu was delicious. The ginger salad also made vegan with tofu was pretty good, with a slight kick to it. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for our food, which isn't too bad, although there was only one table that needed to get food in front of us. Paid nearly $50 for our food and one juice. The young guy who took our order, saw that we were waiting a bit longer than normal, came over to our table, and gave us "vegan" oatmeal cookies. Only they weren't. Luckily I could tell after one bite before my GF tried it. I went up to double-check, spoke to who I believe was the manager, and she went to get the ingredient list from the back. The second ingredient was eggs. I'm not saying it was intentional, and it could have just been a mistake that that guy thought the cookies were vegan. He needs more training at the very least.

Delicious Healthy Convenient It’s hard to find places that are “healthy” yet delicious and convenient. Well I just found my next spot. HS has a cute ambience and appetizing fulfilling entrees. I’m not one to go for salads, but the Thai Grilled Shrimp Salad has me by the throat, and I’m not mad about it. The savory and crunch is refreshing. As for the sweet potatoes fries best I’ve ever had sooo good. This is a must stop if ever trying to change it up and be healthier

Vibe- This is a super crisp, clean health food restaurant near the Galleria area. They offer salads, bowls, wraps, pizzas, soups, and more! What I like about their menu is that you can veganize a lot of the menu items. They also have a wine menu and beer as well. There’s some tables outside and PLENTY of seating inside. I counted about 2 small booths, 1 long booth (fits 4 parties comfortably), 11 tables with 2 chairs, 5 tables with 4 high chairs, 1 long table with 12 high chairs, and a bar across the front wall with 6 seats. Customer service- Amazing! The lady that helped me went into great depth about the menu items and was very kind. Food/drinks- I got a glass of Pinot noir; I really wish they would’ve had a moscato. To eat, I got the Shanghai soy ginger bowl with tofu (instead of chicken, I was able to swap it) Parking- There’s plenty of spots in the lot.
