The best customer service! This lady loves what she does and who she serves. And the ice cream is delicious and priced to not make your credit card cry. WORTH A VISIT!!
This was my husband and I’s first visit and won’t be our last. It was sooo good! The man greeted us as soon as we walked in and was more than helpful. He suggested the key lime and Graham central station flavor combination and I wasn’t disappointed. My husband had the praline ice cream blended into a shake and said it was so good. There are so many flavors to choose from and very unique from other local shops. We live in North Port but will make our way back a lot more often for this place!!!
Oh my gosh, Howard and his wife Kim are the sweetest folks in town. Pun intended! Their staff is amazing, and their ice cream treats are THE BEST hands down!!

Absolutely a lovely establishment and the ice cream was delicious! However this review is specifically to say how the woman that works behind the counter is incredible. Her enthusiasm was surprising and her customer service was next level! I think her name was Michelle. I felt welcomed and cared about through the entire ordering process. You never find that kind of customer service these days and I felt it necessary to acknowledge that. Great job Michelle, if you read this you are a gem and I hope you get recognition for your amazing service!
Had a wonderful first time visit to Mr. Howard’s ice cream shop! The time and care he gives to even his smallest customers is evident. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be going back. Check out the Tuesday discount for First Responders, Seniors on Wednesday, and the buy 3 get 1 free pints daily!
Michelle and Rebecca were amazing! Michelle's bright and cheerful attitude was so pleasant, Rebecca was very helpful and took extra care and initiative to create the perfect milkshake for me based on my favorite flavors i told her! The 2 of them made the whole shop shine and they took care of our (birthday) party of 12 so flawlessly and with such grace! They immediate took a picture for us and told us to send it in to be posted on the wall! They have such great enthusiasm and it makes you feel really welcomed. I would come back many times just to see these 2 hard working and incredible ladies! The icecream was amazing as well, and their personalities were the cherry on top!
First time here but it certainly won't be the last. Hershey's ice cream is so good. Michelle, the manager, is exceptionally friendly. She makes you want to go back just to see her!

Al & his family are great people who offer a great product! So many of their flavors are awesome. It's soft Italian ice, to me, it's like eating ice cream with far fewer calories. Chocolate oreo is my favorite! Soo good!!!!
So unassuming but we were so glad we gave this place a chance. Weâre visiting the area and wanted some pizza. I prefer to support local so decided to try this place. Donât let the outside plaza fool youâitâs so cute inside and very clean.
