Howard made empty promises about upgrading our A/V System in the gymatorium. Not only did they fail to deliver on their commitments, but they also managed to ruin what was already working. Now, we're left with nothing but a dysfunctional system. I strongly advise against using their services for anything!
The AV manager Stephen Ledet called me & asked me if we would install equipment for them, we worked with him before, about 15 years ago so we figured things were legit, he said they really needed the help and promised ongoing work if we would purchased expensive business insurance. Justin Jones was our assigned Project Manager, he ended up only assigning us 5 small projects & 1 medium project throughout the year we worked together while constantly stringing us along with promises of future work. The AV manager Stephen Ledet quit 8 months in & they replaced him with Anthony Adams, same BS. We constantly had to beg for work, wait months & months & beg for the few invoices to get paid after the work. Extremely low paying install contracts, expensive monthly insurance with no work most months, thousands & thousands lost on petty job site delays due to bad management, false promises of future work, we had to cut ties with them after a year, they are extremely bad business that cost our business thousands and thousands in lost revenue.
We have been "left hung out to dry" for over a year with Howard's false promises for an upgraded A/V System in our gymatorium. They proceeded to ruin what we had working and now we have nothing working! Do not use them for anything!
this company lied about a products price and stock. I ordered a samsung monitor from them, sold the current monitor i had at the time to a friend. but accepted payments anyway and then quietly canceled my order without telling me DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
My name is Yvonne Isabell Santistevan, a technology teacher for Annunciation Catholic School in Denver, CO. I worked with Kent Tansen and Tania Keyes from your company. Kent was the salesmen who came to our school and quoted the price for switches.
I would like to say I have never been treated so badly as a customer as I have from your employees. As far as response to my customer questions, there isn't any. It is like they have no concern for our school. Maybe because it is a small school and doesn't bring in lots of money. You have 1 employee Edward Navarro who is the only person I can call and get a response on any issues and he does his best but he doesn't have access to some of the things I need done.
There have been many issues that your employees seem to ignore now that I have gone through USAC and awarded them the contact.
I regret doing business with your company!
A fraudulent company hides after many different names: Howard Computers/Howard Technology Solutions/Howard Industries. I wish I had better researched reviews before ordering from them. They took my money and personal data, then silently canceled my order without even letting me know. I was only aware after I checked my PayPal history and noticed that they silently canceled the authorization (see screenshot). Do not buy from this company; they do not honor orders and are well-known for fraud.
Its a scam do not ever buy. they take your money and do not give you anything
