Positive: It was very clean & the people were cheerful and friendly. It felt safe to stay there. The bed was comfortable, too. The hotel appears to be in transition. The decor is old, & the pool had been drained, neither of which mattered to me. Negative: The eggs & hash browns were cold, but the coffee was good. Other patrons were enjoying the biscuits & gravy, sausages, & waffles. I should have had cereal & fruit but ran out of time.
We had been driving all night and needed a place to get about 5-6 hours of sleep and we were traveling with our dogs! We called and Raj was so pleasant to speak to he let us stay a little longer since we checked in at 4:30 AM the rooms were great! They are flipping the hotel so the pool is closed and a lot of rooms are being remodeled! I am excited to see it when it is done! They are doing a great job! We have to make another trip down here in August and will stay there again to support them 🫶🏼! Thank you Raj and Family!!
Fitted sheet did not stay on bed. Blanket and mattress pad were scratchy. Toilet did not flush properly. Pool was a nice temperature. Staff were friendly. Few TV channels. Good breakfast variety.
The Owner was a pleasure to talk to. When problems arose, he found quick solutions. The complex is impressively large, and such a neat concept! The facility is older, but he's in the process of renovating, and we are excited to see what it looks like when it's restored to conference-level function. We plan to come back if we are blessed to be in the area again!
May not be pretty, but reasonably priced and clean room.||If you’re traveling and just need to sleep, I’ll give them 5 stars. ||Don't stay here if you’re expecting amenities. Pool is closed, basically no amenities. So what! I needed to sleep in a clean room and this location worked for me. Hotel is dated, I don’t care about that. The price is right for what I needed.
Very nice family run business. That being said, the rooms were more run down than we like. It is a huge property. Pool is closed. Great breakfast choices.
They stole my 100 deposit after checking the room upon departure.CROOKS! 7 PHONE CALLS TO TRY TO REMEDY IT. DO NOT TRUST THEM. SNAKES. THE MANAGER SEEMED NICE, I EVEN DID A GOOD GOOGLE REVIEW. DONT LEAVE ANYTHING FOR HOUSEKEEPING EITHER HE PUTS IT IN HIS POCKET. IT WAS NO LONGER ON TABLE FOR THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER LEAVING ROOM.
Cutting straight to the point. Room didn't have working ac person tried to come fix it. They gave us a different room that room also did not have working ac. When trying to get a refund was told " the cancelation policy only allows a partial refund as its past 4pm" wernt trying to cancel trying to get a refund as it's the middle of June an it has no working ac.
