The rooms are spacious, the beds were comfortable? And it looks recently renovated. The pool looked nice though we didn’t use it. My main issue was that it was filthy. It is hard to see from the photos because of the floor pattern (I’m guessing on purpose) but it is really dirty. They definitely did not mop (or even sweep!) before we checked in and our feet were black within minutes. In the morning, I told the front desk how dirty the floor was and she put in for it to be cleaned. They made the beds but still did not sweep or mop. We stayed four nights and they did not clean the floors once. On a brighter note, the lady that is in the breakfast area most mornings was very nice and things were restocked the days she worked (not so much the days she didn’t).

My room very spacious double beds, private balcony. The only kind that I would say about my room is that my bathroom floor could’ve been a little cleaner as well as the staircases they were very people drop stuff nobody ever picked anything up or clean them so they were not safe other than that I had a wonderful time. I enjoyed it. I would definitely come back again.

The rooms are very spacious, and have a balcony with a table and chairs. The bathroom is huge. Staff was friendly and helped with any issues that came up. I was pleased with my stay. I do wish the pool was open later than 8pm. 9 or 10 still feels pretty reasonable. I work late so I never got the opportunity to use it. There's also a lot of rules about not staying longer than 7 days and having to wait 30-60 days to stay again posted at the desk which was kinda odd.

I checked in late at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and I was surprised by the size of the room. There was only one elevator so if you stayed on the far end, you may have a walk to get to your room at the other end of the building unless you use the stairs. There is a gas station and food options nearby. The parking area was clean but there was a smell on the room balcony a good pressure washing would help in that area.

The front desk staff was very nice, efficient and fast. We do have a problem with the railing that hold the curtain. My wife was closing it and fell off. I call front desk and they send a maintenance guy. The guy came to our room with a very bad attitude blaming us for it, saying things like "you pull it wrong" and when I said "well, it is not our fault it just fell off, it is not attached it right. He said "when you came was up right?" so I decided to keep quiet. I did not want any confrontation in front of my wife and kids. He finished the job in maybe 5 minutes, we thanked him and he left in a totally different mood that when he arrived, nicer. The lady that attend the continental buffet is very nice, polite and cooperative. Overall it is a very well location, does not look that good from outside but inside it is very clean, comfortable and staff in general are nice. I just gave it a 3 stars because of the inconvenient with the maintenance guy. Thanks

I relaxed, completed a lot of work from my balcony while the kids enjoyed the pool. I slept well. Pretty quiet, comfy bed, very clean and upgraded room. Very close to shopping and restaurants. I'll definitely go back.

We were in town for my son's swim competition. We booked a few days before arriving. When we arrived at the property they would not let us check in early, not even with an additional fee. We waited the three hours and once they would let us check in and we got to our room it was clear this was going to be an awful stay. There was paint peeling off of the walls. Little curly black hairs on the the tub and toilet! The water faucet was leaking. We found two little bugs in the room. There was a stain on the bed clothes. And they made a huge show of pointing out the no smoking policy, but the room smelled terribly of smoke. This is a ghetto crap hotel.

Very nice hotel. Our 4 person room is very spacious and even has a balcony. It is clean but smells a little. The breakfast is ok. They have a big pool and a very small workout room.
