We were married here in October 2023. It was amazing! The place is so very beautiful. Emergencies arose..as they often do on this day..and the staff were quick to help and make our day wonderful despite them! The cake was delicious..the photographer they provided took phenomenal pictures..and they catered to my every whim! I highly recommend this place for an affordable, beautiful, staff efficient place to get married
Such a beautiful historic New Orleans property. The staff was fantastic & attended to everything we needed & things we didn't know we needed. The owner Bonnie Browel seemed to treat us like her own family. I would highly recommend!
One of the obscure highlights of my trip. For a modest entry fee up you can have a personal tour of the grounds, and the elaborate mind and life of Madame Broel. The dollhouses are a work of art and truly and example of how to absolutely crush a hobby and turn it into something others want to participate in. The dresses she made are exquisite as well, and each one on display has a backstory.
Very nice private collection of doll houses and fashion designs from Bonnie Broel. The place is magical! Make sure to call in advance to get an appointment!
The doll house was not open when I got there, they should update the timings on google. Otherwise the surroundings are very cool and green.
MOTHER OF THE BRIDE My daughter had the most beautiful, elegant, & fun wedding this past weekend at this venue! Bonnie Broel & staff, especially Denise & Cheri, made this a most memorable experience not only for my daughter & the groom’s family but for all in attendance! The price is affordable & the place has such history & is beautifully decorated! The food was excellent! I cannot think of one negative comment or experience! All I can say is, AMAZING! We renewed our vows for our 25th wedding anniversary on May 3, 2022. I wanted a simple, elegant, intimate ceremony and the House of Broel delivered. They assisted me and made sure I was comfortable. Ms. Bonnie Broel was very nice and smiled the entire time we were there. It took so much pressure off of me because I didn't have to plan the details. I'm so glad I found this full service venue. It was wonderful!
