Houlihan's - American restaurant in Savannah - 17029 Abercorn St, USA

Love the atmosphere and the food was great service was excellent! Definitely visiting again our server was a very nice girl she knew the menu and was able to let us know what was good on the menu.

Very skeptical about a scratch kitchen when it comes to restaurant chains. So I had a couple of staple things and they were plain & basic. Onion soup was ok. The bread in the soup, too thick and a bit hard. The Caesar salad, ok. Was missing anchovies and perhaps a few other things. And I had the vanilla bean cheesecake but did not taste the Dulce de lèche in the brûlé. Service was good; and one of the plates (salad) had dirty edges. They also seem to make fabulous drinks. I wonder if this is the same chain as in the 1980’s, didn’t know they still existed.

Came in while traveling, was seated right away. Ordered appetizers, calamari was cold and super chewy, potato soup had a hair in it, glass for the water was dirty. Water tasted bad, waitress informed us it was tap water. We asked to let us just pay for appetizers and leave. Manager came over and offered to discount our main courses if we stayed but offered nothing off the appetizers. Cost me $41 for 3 cokes and a water. We went next door to Cracker Barrel. Miranda our server was great, wasn't her fault at all. Wouldn't waste my time. Update: Spoke with management and I truly believe I just caught them on a bad day. I updated my review to reflect a more fair review. I was tired and frustrated when I first reviewed them.

W O W ! Houlihan's is where it’s at. We had a great date night last night. My date had never been and let me tell you we have the BEST time! We ordered some appetizers such as spinach dip with chips, chicken nachos, and a side Caesar salad. The chicken nachos were HUGE and great! Chicken nachos can easily feed up to 4 guests. My side Caesar was larger than I expected. The croutons were freshly made, and the Caesar dressing is for sure in my top 3 favorites. My date ordered the sirloin with broccoli and mashed potatoes. While I ordered their 8oz. filet with green beans and loaded mash potatoes. After we ordered we were told they ran out of my 8oz. filets. However, they were awesome and accommodated with two 4 oz. filets instead. Both the sirloin and filets were perfectly grilled, juicy, seasoned well, and tender. It's hard to find a restaurant to grill perfect temps along with tenderness. Both of our veggies and mashed potatoes were great. Portions for all the food are spot on. We ordered desserts to take home. A vanilla bean cheesecake and the brownie batter cake. Both were exceptional desserts. The food was amazing, and the service was even better! How is that possible you may ask? Well, my date has never been to Houlihan's. When it came to ordering our server, NATASHA was amazing! She was friendly, professional, patient, and downright awesome! Natasha was always smiling, knowledgeable about the menu, gave great suggestions, and very attentive. She took our experience to the next level. Thank you for being you, Natasha! I highly recommend not only going to Houlihan's for dinner, but also try sitting with Natasha. She will take great care of you! :)

Houlihan’s… you should be ashamed… our Diamond bus group arrived to a freezing dinning room, we were seated haphazardly all over an almost empty dining room, and were served the most awful blob of mashed potatoes and a dry chicken patty!The salad was very nice but that is all that was remarkable! I have posted a picture of our meal to show how pitiful, lonely and sad that spoonful of potato’s and one chicken patty looked to some hungry, worn out travelers! I gave the service a 2 because our waitress was doing her best with her right arm in a sling and a smile on her face!

My family and I absolutely love Hollihan’s but this location in particular the food taste was not up to standard of other locations. Our server Michelle was absolutely wonderful, we just wish the food was as good as our good.

Food is very good and they have a great variety.. it's where me and my son and his wife go after hanging out together. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because sometimes it takes a while to get your food. The staff is great though. It's a great place if you want a place where you want to enjoy great food and spend quality time with friends or family.

My husband and I stopped at Houlihan's for dinner on our way to Hilton Head. So happy we did! We were seated right away and our server, Teresa, came over soon after we were seated. For our beverage, we shared a pitcher of raspberry LIT (Long Island Iced Tea). We both started with Caesar salad. Entrees were scallops w/risotto and shrimp linguini. Everything was wonderful, hot and tasty! Kudos to the chefs and Teresa was great!
